I dropped off the last thread and I love these!

B: coffee and soy creamer
S: almonds and cashews and salt and vinegar plantain chips
L: mixed veg tempura and picked at DD’s left over tuna from a tin. Coffee with soy creamer
D: am 8 hours behind, we’re going to have risotto tonight

Thankyou @AwkwardSquad, started the day still feeling a bit rubbish but now I’m feeling much better! Over thinking was doing it for me I think! I hope you’ve felt a bit better today Smile

Breakfast - greek yogurt with raspberries, honey and chia seeds

Lunch - bran flakes and raisins (forgot about the cheese and onion toasty until it was too late!)

Dinner is cooking and will be - chicken curry wraps (my 2 DS favourite the day after roast chicken) basically just a fairly mild chicken curry made with yesterdays roast chicken leftovers, grated cheese, sliced red onion and lettuce in tortilla wraps with garlic roasted wedges.

Appetite all over the place again...

B: slice of toast with hazelnut butter, and a banana, tea
L: leftover chicken dinner (only thing I've fancied all day after a busy morning painting and DP had thrown the gravy away 😤 only ate half of it), natural yoghurt
Satsuma during the afternoon
D: salmon with pesto, chips & peas (picked at it as didn't fancy much but salmon had defrosted)

Will look forward to some dark chocolate later

L - a slice of pea and feta frittata with lots of salady goodness
Plums, small apple, oat molasses cookie
D - small portion homemade potato gnocchi baked with tomato sauce and mozzarella; small portion apple cake and yoghurt
Possibly a little bit of white chocolate with cardamom, rose and pistachio in a while

Breakfast was a small bowl of bite size Shredded Wheat, with a handful of raspberries, with double cream and a splash of milk - and a mug of black coffee.

Lunch was a small bowl of lentil soup.

Supper is going to be roast chicken, with vegetables.

I'm a bit of a night owl, so I'll probably have a banana or some other snack at about 11.00pm.

Today I had twirl for breakfast, lemon water, Greggs steak bake and a bag of McCoy’s for lunch and steak, jacket pot, mushroom, onion and pepper mix for dinner, coke, Oreo sandwich ice cream for pudding and then some pistachios for a snack

Bit of a shit day but back on it with a pork stir fry tomorrow 😊

Breakfast - eggs benedict, coffee and fresh orange. (Unexpectedly out for breakfast after going to my friends 12 week scan with her Grin)

Lunch - Greek yogurt with raspberries, honey and chia seeds.

Dinner - about to eat. Home made chicken soup made with stock made from Monday’s roast chicken, a little chicken I’d saved and chopped, potato and a ton of veggie with crusty tiger stick and butter.

Dessert will be strawberries with salted caramel and praline ice cream.
