Breakfast - Bar of Dairymilk & a share size bag of cheese & onion crisps that i didnt share

Dinner - Pork chop, roast potatoes, peas, broccoli & gravy
5 slabs of white chocolate Toblerone

My last day of holiday today - i allow myself 5 full weeks spread out over the year of eating whatever the hell i like & the last week has been one of them

Yesterday...

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs on seeded toast with coffee.

Lunch - a bag of chocolate peanuts Blush

Dinner - a curry concoction made in the slow cooker with lentils, split peas and chickpeas with a peshwari naan instead of rice.

Dessert - 3 mini chocolate cream eclairs.

Not the best day.

@bellyislikejelly I like that you allow 5 “free weeks” a year. Does it help you to stay on track for the rest?

Today the plan is:

B: full fat Greek yoghurt with raspberries, coffee with double cream
L: vegetable and chorizo soup
D: chicken stuffed with Boursin, wrapped in pancetta with stir fried Savoy cabbage.

3L of water

D - is going to be reheated pizza, with salad and olives

Breakfast - plain cheese quesadilla

Lunch - leftover lentil curry concoction

Dinner - jacket potatoes with butter, cheese and coleslaw

Might have a couple of medjool dates stuffed with peanut butter and dark chocolate chips with a coffee later on.

Not had much of an appetite today so just picked at my food mostly.

B: porridge with honey, and a banana
L: tuna & spring onion omelette with salad
Few bites of a pear
D: homemade fish cakes with chips, peas and carrots.

Might have some dark chocolate or yoghurt later, see how I feel.

L - hummus, crudités and a few olives
Snack - two peanut butter and cocoa energy balls
D - lentil and mushroom pasta sauce with wholewheat penne and cheddar; apple cake with yoghurt and stewed apple

Homemade fruited tea loaf for brekky with a posh coffee.

Reheated some chips from last night's Chinese takeaway for lunch.

Tube of Smarties for snack.

Reheated rice/noodles/sweet & sour chicken for dinner.

Yesterday was the same but without the reheating Grin

Lunch - nothing today
Tea - Mince and potatoes with carrots, profiteroles for dessert

S - nothing (trying hard to have 3 square meals)

@Phycadelicsilhouette Its the only way that works for me.

I have lost 5 stone with 1 stone left to get me where i would like to be.

I get 5 weeks annual leave a year from work so i will always have my "diet annual leave"
at the same time.

Today :
Porridge with water & a spoon of peanut butter
Spag bol without the spag
Cadburys chocolate snack

B- Oats, yogurt, cherries
L- JP, beans, cheese and salad
D- (well snack really) 2 marmite flatbread things (Amazing), some snap peas, and a couple of oranges
Drinks, 3 decaf coffees with skimmed milk and a Pepsi Max. Just about to drink some squash as clearly not had enough liquid today.

Well done @bellyislikejelly, that’s an amazing loss!
Do you plan to maintain the same way?
I may use the same idea as you.
I lost a similar amount a few years ago now (about 5/6 years ago) and although I’ve never put it all back on I can tend to be a bit of a yo-yo dieter and vary between about 9-12 stone. (Started at 16) really not healthy or ideal but I suppose I’m a bit of an emotional eater.
I like this thread as it’s good for keeping track (and getting yummy ideas!)

Is your typical day around the amount you’ve eaten today?

Breakfast: 2 hash browns, 2 Quorn sausage patties, 2 poached eggs and some beans

Lunch: bag of Popchips and 3 squares of chocolate

Dinner: roast chicken dinner

Today I had
B: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, melon, grapes, milled chia, milled flaxseed, with soya milk
L: Salad leaves, chickpea "tuna", red lentil dip, avocado, and an orange
D: seed and carrot loaf with broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage and gravy.
Snacks: big plate of raw veg, loads of baked tofu I kept nibbling out of the fridge and then an Oggs lemon cake and half a bar of ritter dark chocolate and marzipan. I don't normally eat so much sweet stuff but I think I've got pmt.

Oh the maintaining part is the hardest isnt it?
I lost my weight with SW hit my then target & spent 6 months trying to maintain which was a fail with 1 stone put back on.
I went back onto SW however for whatever reason the weight would not shift so i moved onto calorie counting & lost the gained stone.
I have also lowered my target again for a final stone off so after all that waffle Grin i will continue to calorie count once i hit target in order to try to maintain.

Yesterday is a fair view of my eating. I cant do breakfast, so my first meal is normally @ 1pm.
I will break it down below if it helps you sorry to anyone who finds me boring

Today :
27grams of porridge with water & teaspoon of peanut butter

187 grams of white pasta
147grams of chicken breast
32 grams of chorizo
9 baby tomatoes
2 light dairylea triangles & 20 grams of chipotle paste (mixed together with some pasta water to make the sauce)
25grams of light cathedral cheese

Cadbury snack

Totals = 1017 for the day

L: homemade low carb veg soup

D: two slices of salt and chilli pork belly with garlic kale

@PurpleDaisies, your food sounds really tasty, especially the soup.

B - muesli, flaxseed, stewed apple, yoghurt
L - a big mixed salad with hummus and a few olives; a pear
Snack - two peanut butter and cocoa energy balls
D - Mediterranean fish soup with wholemeal walnut bread
Now eating another pear with a few walnuts and a square of plain chocolate
