L- Istu katsu instant noodles
S- Popchips
D- Grilled chicken burger, seeded roll, salad

Lost appetite again. Apparently may have "walking pneumonia", going to stuff down some cookie dough ice cream I found in the freezer shortly...financé hopefully won't remember it's his!

Toast with cheese, some frozen grapes, two chocolate digestives, chocolate mousse

Apples fried in butter and brown sugar and cream (sooo good, apples came from the garden)

Left over potato and corn chowder with crust bread

Toast with pate and a bit of cheddar

B: Weetabix & banana, tea
L: ham & cheese omelette, cup of tea, Chocolate biscuit
D: haddock and sweetcorn chowder, crusty bread roll
Also munched on a pear and half a sausage. Going to have a hot chocolate and read a book now.

@onlyhereforthefood walking pneumonia! That doesn’t sound good. Get plenty of rest, and the ice cream is medicinal, surely?

Breakfast - 1 slice of marmite and butter on seeded toast.

Lunch - 1 slice of bread made into a crisp sandwich with salt and pepper crisps, 1 slice of bread with lemon curd and cream cheese (seen somebody on here eating this combination so thought I’d try it and it’s delightful!) and the dreaded blueberry nutrigrain bar!

Dinner will be - fish finger, processed cheese and tartar sauce sandwich with chips and then a slice of salted caramel and chocolate cake with cream.

All bread except breakfast has been/will be thick white hovis Blush

Tomorrow will be a healthier day!

The chicken Kiev’s last night were a success! 😃 Will definitely be making again

B- pancakes and maple syrup. Coffee

L- cheese on toast with jalapeños and sweet chilli sauce on top.

Snacks, bag of salt and vinegar crisps, mini Jaffa cakes, 1 orange kitcat, chunk of cheese

Dinner will be home made lasagna and garlic bread

God I can’t stop eating today......

B - muesli, flaxseed, stewed apple, yoghurt
L - beetroot apple salad, coleslaw, baby kale leaves, cucumber, hummus; some grapes; oat molasses cookie
D - same salads and hummus as for lunch
An apple, two small slices walnut bread toasted with butter and honey, oat molasses cookie

L- Tomato and basil soup & a slice wholemeal toast with marmite
S- Popchips
D- Fish finger sandwich; four fish fingers, 2 slices soft white bread, loads of ketchup - perfect comfort food
S- Medicinal white chocolate magnum, a banana and some greek yoghurt

L: lentil soup, pear and yogurt, few bites of an apple
D: 1x cheese on toast, 1x poached egg on toast
Currently having a glass of red wine and some dark chocolate after difficult day with kids!

Today:
B - porridge with dates and coconut
L - beans on toast, apple
D - roast chicken with herb and butter sauce, roast new potatoes, broccoli, glass red wine, 2 toffees from box of chocolates (only the rubbish ones were left Hmm)

Breakfast: leftover tempeh scramble and coffee
Lunch: insipid jackfruit salad at universal studios
Snack: coffee, date, banana, almond butter smoothie
Dinner: instapot lasagne soup, an orange, handful of almonds and cashews, ginger biscuit, 2 glasses of wine

Evenings are my nemesis!!

@PrivateSpidey I think I’m hooked! Blush Lemon curd and cream cheese is my favourite food combination revelation this year!

Today has not really been a healthier day Blush

Breakfast - coffee

Lunch - a slice of thick white with sea salt and balsamic crisps in, a slice of thick white with lemon curd and cream cheese and... the last blueberry nutrigrain bar in the snack box Grin

Dinner - fried rice with rice, peas, egg, prawns and lots of soy sauce! With spring rolls.

Am enjoying the new job so much but it’s leaving me so hungry, and so tired! that all I’m craving is carbs! Will get on top of that in time I’m sure.

L - cheese sandwiches with homemade pickle and homegrown tomatoes

T - pasta, tuna and tomato sauce. Damson crumble with yoghurt.

I was just thinking I need another one of these threads - I love getting ideas but it also makes me more mindful of what I'm eating if I write it down.

Today...
B - porridge with golden syrup
L - homemade chicken and lentil soup; a banana
D - beanburger, sweet potato wedges, big salad, salsa, cheese.
1bourbon, 1 chocolate hobnob

Tea, decaf coffee, herbal tea, water.

D - courgette and chickpea stew with small portion brown rice, tenderstem broccoli, yoghurt, pomegranate molasses, za’atar; two Nairn’s chocolate oat biscuits
Snack - packet of M&S cranberry and orange dark chocolate buttons

Bit of a grazey day as had to have lunch at 11.30

B: granola & natural yoghurt
L: sandwich thin with ham & cheese, tomatoes & cucumber on the side
Throughout the afternoon: banana, more ham, half a cadburys mini roll, olives
D: battered cod, chips & peas

Night have a small hot chocolate later
