A sad day for justice. Those poor victims.

With female politicians like Alexandria Ocasia Cortez commenting I think the Old Guard better watch out.
Politics has changed. The "sweeping things under the carpet" or "move along, nothing to see here ." attitude is not all pervasive now, thankfully.

HeffaLump1 · 10/08/2019 20:17

At least Andrew and Fergie can stop their fake getting back together now. As if anyone was fooled by it

beanaseireann · 10/08/2019 20:29

HeffaLump I agree.
On the Daily Mail comments yesterday the gushing comments and delight at the fake news of their remarriage was unbelievable.

HeffaLump1 · 10/08/2019 20:33

Bet Eugenie is getting it in the neck for not being preggers so Prick Andrew can do cute grandad photos Grin or Beatrice to step up and announce an engagement!! muststopbeingsocynical

justasking111 · 10/08/2019 20:44

Bet Meghan is having second thoughts about leaving one dysfunctional family behind only to inherit another.

Fragalino · 10/08/2019 20:49

Dowser I'm on twitter but not savvy with it how do I find it the twitter on this please

Whosorrynow · 10/08/2019 21:24

Ghislaine Maxwell must be feeling rather nervy
Where the fuck is she?

Whosorrynow · 10/08/2019 21:27

I think whoever ordered this was stuck between a rock and a hard place and may yet realise that they chose the wrong option
It's just so very obviously a hit

VivaLeBeaver · 10/08/2019 21:35

Curiouser and curiouser, there is a photo of him coming out of the prison on a gurney the paramedic appears to be administering oxygen to him

Looks like the other paramedic is giving chest compressions. Still perfectly possible it was unsuccessful CPR. Highly likely in fact to be unsuccessful if you're doing it while wheeling a gurney.

Whosorrynow · 10/08/2019 21:46

Is he really dead or is it just an elaborate escape plan?

justasking111 · 10/08/2019 21:49

Of course he may have died of a heart attack, he was under a lot of stress not that this being a cause of death will ever be believed.

Whosorrynow · 10/08/2019 21:56

He'll be on an island somewhere with shergar, princess Di, Elvis etc

Skyejuly · 10/08/2019 22:31

How awful for justice :(

Happysummer2020 · 10/08/2019 23:35

Inside job orchestrated by a sinister powerful group of people for sure...

Puzzledandpissedoff · 10/08/2019 23:59

Singling Prince Andrew out here - firstly, to be accused of hanging out with a dodgy man and when you’re in a diplomatic role representing this country. Secondly, arranging preferential treatment and being the exception from justice

He needs to respond to both counts

You've got to be joking ... Andrew, like the rest of his ghastly family, will respond to nothing unless it suits (or unless he's forced, which is vanishingly unlikely to happen)

And if the dirt does come too close, I guess the Queen could always "remember a conversation" which would deflect it. Paul Burrell may be considered an odious creep by many, but he's no doubt having a wry smile over this

Fragalino · 11/08/2019 00:57

Probably puzzled!
No one is impervious however and now epstein target is removed we still have unhappy victims and no one to rage agaisnt

Step up maxwell and the other abusers.

If enough girls came out...

merrymouse · 11/08/2019 07:06

I think we have gone beyond the point where an apology or a response from Andrew would make a difference.

The Royals as a group need to clean up their act.

For instance, why is somebody who had the lack of judgement to have a long relationship with Epstein and attend his parties involved in this? www.outwardbound.org.uk/about-us

Both Andrew and Charles have given a veneer of respectability to some really nasty individuals. Pleading ignorance is no longer acceptable.

origamiunicorn · 11/08/2019 07:12

How very very convenient for all those rich powerful men

Yep, not suicide in my opinion. He probably was "put on suicide watch" as a pre empter to this as well, helps with the suicide story.

Mileysmiley · 11/08/2019 07:18

It seems fishy to me because a lot of men in his position commit suicide ... it is almost as if they let it happen ... somebody very powerful is at play here imho

Mileysmiley · 11/08/2019 07:19

Any rich powerful men involved in this will be all over the internet (like this thread) and mud sticks!!

Mileysmiley · 11/08/2019 07:22

They won't be able to stop people making comments about them look what happened with Max Mosley it is still on the net all these years later. He has been battling with google to have it removed from search engines for ages and it won't disappear. You just put his name in google and see what pops up

StellaBoo · 11/08/2019 07:41

The guards looking after him were not keeping a eye on him like they should have been. It should have been every 30 minutes because of his last attempt. It is bizarre to think that a jail where normal people work would let someone be murdered in their care. In a place which would be wired up with camaras. They're only crime was to not watch him so he could kill himself. Fred West was exactly the same scenario

merrymouse · 11/08/2019 07:48

Trump is retweeting conspiracy theories blaming Clinton.

Regardless of whether a particular powerful man organised Epstein's death, it's pretty clear that the tactic of choice for all these men who claim the right to immense power and wealth will be to hide behind each other.

Pathetic cowards.

As though none of them knew why the plane was called 'Lolita'. Ugh, ugh, ugh.
