I love a food thread and normally pick up some new ideas as well Smile

Breakfast, poached eggs on toast. Lots of coffee

Lunch chicken salad & party rings with the dc

Dinner later will be sausage and butter bean stew & a bottle of red for me and dh

Dessert home made strawberry ice cream ( the ice cream maker has turned out to be a great buy)

D will be pizza as going out to a pizza restaurant

Dinner will be beef curry with a little bit of rice.

There will be more peaches, or apples or cherries.

Not good from me;

Breaky; Bacon, eggs, toms and mushrooms, lots of coffee
Lunch; Left over Risotto, lots of coffee
Supper; probably something meat based + wine

Oh, but I did have an orange, so that's ok then

I am so tired today.

B - blueberries and yoghurt
(And a cardamom bun a bit later, delicious)
L - hummus, feta, olives, salad, flat peach
Couple of tortilla chips
D will be salmon and broad bean frittata with new potatoes and salad

Half a cantaloupe melon and a banana
Coffee
Brown rice and quinoa with leftover bean chilli and grated cheese
Blueberry yoghurt
Coffee
2.5 litres of water
Am now stuffed despite 2 hours at the gym this morningShock.

Will have a boiled egg and new pots with a feta cheese salad later.

Amazing how you adapt as I was a complete beige foodoholic 3 months ago and would have had a big bowl of cereal, toast x 2 spread thickly with butter, sandwich (sometimes x 2Blush), crisps, chocolate, biscuits etc by now and still be hungry!

I think I need to post on here daily to shame me into eating better. My evening meals are generally ok but I’m breastfeeding and not getting much sleep so just want to eat chocolate all day Blush. I eat decent portions of veg with dinner but often don’t eat any fruit or veg all day until that point. This thread has just made me go and get a handful of sugar snap peas for a snack instead of more chocolate though.

2 weetabix and oat milk
Cup of tea
Kitkat chunky
Coffee with oat milk
McDonald’s double cheeseburger and fries (2 of my dc finished for the summer at lunchtime, McDonald’s is actually pretty rare for us)
Pint of water
Dark Chocolate rice cake
2 cups decaf earl grey
2 champagne truffles
Approx 12 sugar snap peas

I’ll probably have another decaf tea, another pint of water and a camomile tea.

Dinner is Mediterranean vegetable pasta.

I don’t usually eat anything after dinner

Chocolate rice crispy square

Chicken and sweet corn sandwich, yogurt

Lots of cups of tea because I have a cough/ sore throat at the mo

Evening meal will be pork stir fry with green peppers and mangetout

May well drink cider and snack on crisps later...

Dinner: going to have homemade meatballs and courgette spaghetti and a very large glass of red

Breakfast= 1 chocolate chip brioche roll, coffee

Lunch= garlic chicken & salad roll, few salt and vinegar crisps

Dinner= will be chicken jalfrezi and rice. Me and dh will be having a bottle of fizz too 🍾

Breakfast: Cinnamon roll
Lunch: Ham and cheese triangle sandwiches and a "protein bowl" from the supermarket, that had a bit of chicken in peanut sauce and various bits of veg
Tea: No idea as OH did the shopping yesterday and I can't remember what he bought.
A chocolate bar might feature as a snack in the next twenty minutes.

Dinner - vegan peanut butter satay stew thing with rice.
Snacks - Slice of coconut and lime cake, 1 fig roll, 1 Nakd bar and a bowl of tortilla chips.

S: a cracker and cheese, chocolate biscuit with a cup of tea
D: chicken pesto pasta and a little bit of garlic bread
Might have a small whisky and some chocolate later when the kids are asleep!

M&S no turkey feast sandwich and some popchips
Strawberries and strawberry and cream icecream
2 crumpets with olive spread and marmite.

lunch - salmon salad with sweet potato, lettuce, tomato, green beans, egg and olive
dinner - homemade salsa with avocado, pepper, onion, coriander, cucumber; edamame fritters, small handful of oven chips; glass of rose wine

Dinner tonight will be chicken breast stuffed with ricotta cheese, sun dried tomatoes & olives will have this with baby potatoes, broccoli and sugar snap peas. Bottle of pink fizz for me and dh as well

L - your huge pancakes with cheese and then jam (not together!) very greedy but delicious
D - small slice of cheese pizza, realised I had no fruit and veg today so ate some cucumber and carrot sticks.

Must try harder tomorrow.
