I love a food thread and normally pick up some new ideas as well Smile

Breakfast, poached eggs on toast. Lots of coffee

Lunch chicken salad & party rings with the dc

Dinner later will be sausage and butter bean stew & a bottle of red for me and dh

Dessert home made strawberry ice cream ( the ice cream maker has turned out to be a great buy)

Breastfeeding and eating a lot 👀

3 scrambled eggs topped with cottage cheese, a slice of smoked salmon, 2 tomatoes, coffee

Greek yogurt with banana

Salad (curly lettuce, radishes, cucumber, oil & vinegar), two slices of whole grain toast topped with mackerel

Coffee and 5 Rich Tea biscuits

Fruit mix - cherries, plums, apricots

Sausages and mash with onion gravy

Ritter Sport Marzipan (the whole thing)

Apple

2 mugs tea.

Two slices grilled cheese on wholemeal toast with Worcestershire sauce.

Glass apple juice.

Roasted peppers, tomatoes, garlic, red onion on a bed of couscous, some small meat balls, grilled halloumi, green salad. Home made apple crumble and cream.

2 glasses white wine.

Sliced banana, blueberries, greek yoghurt, chopped nuts
Chocolate biscuit
Pitta bread with cheese and salad (left a quarter as didn't enjoy it)
2 Lindt balls
Cod, chips and peas
Just had a cup of tea and piece of toast with blackcurrant jam

Eating all over the place as we are getting ready to move next week, hopefully all the cleaning and moving stuff between houses will offset some of the damage (still have half a stone to lose)

Stressed out trying to find a dress for an upcoming party! Fuck all in the shops atm!

Honestly, shopped my feet off and didn’t eat. Can’t eat healthy when I’m stressed so just eat shit!

Trying to stick to 1200 calories, think I ve gone Just over but I find it so hard to restrict my food but want to loose extra half stone.

B- shreddies with x2 teaspoons of half fat sugar. X2 pieces of wholemeal bread with marmalade.

L- two crackers, two pieces of cucumber with hummus.

D- 4 pieces of pizza. Bowl of Greek yoghurt with small bit of honey, blueberries and large handful of cashew nuts.

Bacon, egg, beans, piece of toast
GU chocolate pot and a small whisky

Awkward Squad sone of it was lol, just busy moving so eating things to run cupboards and freezer down. Still trying to lose a little baby weight but snacking picking up again.

Slice of toast with peanut butter, half a satsuma (toddler snarfed the other half)

Banana
Mini magnum ice cream
Lasagna and salad
Might have some raspberries and mango later
