I love a food thread and normally pick up some new ideas as well Smile

Breakfast, poached eggs on toast. Lots of coffee

Lunch chicken salad & party rings with the dc

Dinner later will be sausage and butter bean stew & a bottle of red for me and dh

Dessert home made strawberry ice cream ( the ice cream maker has turned out to be a great buy)

Carvery roast lunch in a restaurant at 3:30pm and a glass of wine

Several more glasses of wine, bag of crisps and a Jaffa cake.

Not my normal diet but good none the less

2 mugs of Yorkshire tea.

B - 2 slices wholemeal toast with butter and marmite. Black coffee.

L - Barbecued lamb, potato salad, green salad, mixed tomatoes. Small piece apple cake. 1 glass wine.

D - M&S chicken tenders, rocket, spinach, cos lettuce, balsamic dressing, home made coleslaw, red and yellow pomodoro tomatoes, small slice garlic bread, stuffed olives.

Yesterday was a 'graze-y' kind of day as we were busy all day

Banana
Some chocolate
Ham & cheese wrap, and salad
Pringles
Cheese and crackers
Pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, artichokes and mozzarella

We were at my DBro's yesterday and my SIL is a feeder! Lovely day but...
B - porridge with honey, berries and sunflower seeds
L - vegetarian lasagne and salad. A bit of pork goulash with rice just to try it! Apple and strawberry crumble with ice cream.
D - snacky tea, so a slice of pork pie, various bits of cheese, chutney, salad, seeded bread and butter. Slice of lemon and apple cake.

Today more sensible:
B - muesli
L - salad, falafel, hummus. A peach.
D - will be tomato and chorizo risotto.

B - Banana and peanut butter smoothie. Coffee.
L - turkey rasher and egg sandwich with brown sauce. Marmite crisps and an apple.
Afternoon snack - caramel latte and a yogurt.
D - will be meatballs in sauce with lots of veg, pasta and feta on top.

Quite a hungry day today for me. Will most likely have a cup of tea and a few squares of chocolate later on.

i will have a stir fry for tea. probably a glass of white wine with that.

3 eggs, 2 grilled tomatoes, mushrooms on 2 slices brown toast no butter. 2 coffees with milk, 1 nectarine, 1 apple, 1 small Pret salad with salmon, avocado and edamame beans, 2 squares chocolate.small protein bar. Still hungry!

Elevenses - 4 crackers with cheddar cheese spread

Lunch - half ciabatta with ham, bit of grated cheddar, loads of salad, touch of mayo and mustard

Dinner will be home made paella when it is finally done.

I haven't had a thing to drink since about 11am and am not thirsty. Am I weird?
