Breakfast : 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried toms in bacon fat, slice of peanut butter on toast.

Lunch : Portuguese chicken fillet, red pepper spinach, chickpea salad, roasted red peppers. Blueberries.

3 coffees, a diet Pepsi and lots of water.

Dinner will be burgers.

Breakfast: bran flakes with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: fresh chicken and veg soup. Banana

Tea: roasted Mediterranean veg with halloumi and hummus.

Several cups of tea with milk, lots of peppermint tea.

Chicken breast and cabbage for lunch (leftovers from last night).
Satsuma.

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for dinner.
Apple.

About 3 litres of water throughout the day.

B- 2 light sausages, 2 bacon medallions, 2 eggs and mushrooms.

L- small wholemeal roll with tuna and a little mayo. Banana. Yogurt.

D- chicken topped with mozzarella, homemade chips, and some salad.

Dessert- Frozen berries with natural yogurt and a tablespoon of honey.

And I swear I am genuinely hungry right now.

White carbs, sometimes with cheese on, oreos cookies, breaded calamari rings (arguably also a white carb). Spread at intervals throughout the day but not necessarily at actual meal times.
That's shit, but I feel like shit and have struggled to persuade myself to eat anything. Will aim to eat some fruit and veg tomorrow.

Lunch - lefover pasta from last night
Dinner - jacket spud, chicken in breadcrumbs, asparagus with goats cheese.

I have eaten some wafer thin roast beef and a 'Balanced for You' Soy, Ginger & Lime Chicken with Black Rice, Red Quinoa & Crisp Vegetables

That is only 427 calories all day. I don't know why I'm not starving.

Leftover curry with mange tout instead of rice
Bag of crisps which I’m so glad I had cause I ended up not getting home till ten
A lot of bread and some pasta and spicy tomato sauce

Overnight oats with fruit
Banana
Brown rice, tomato and bean stew, blue cheese
Chicken escalope, crushed courgettes, roast potatoes
4 squares chocolate

1 negroni plus lots of water and some black coffees throughout the day.

Half of rank coronation chicken baguette with elderly lettuce
Milky bar
Jaffa cake bar

Burger and fries, bottle of cider, half pack chewits

Am away training in hotel so not healthy at all!

Fucking everything yesterday. Meant to b eating a lot healthier to feel more comfy in my jeans so not a diet as such.

However my bestie and our toddlers went to frankie and bennys for lunch. Where I ate the biggest fucking hot dog I've ever seen in my life. Followed by their New York cheese cake which is better than sex. I couldn't move afterwards caus I was so stuffed 🐷

For breakfast I had instant noodles (I know, fucking disgusting. But I went food shopping yesterday evening and beforehand the cupboards were BARE)

Then for dinner. I ate half a frozen pepperoni pizza (once it was cooked obvs) and a yoghurt, one of the posh ones from Sainsbury's.

And then spent the rest of the night feeling like a fat cunt 😪.

But I enjoyed it at the time 😂. Back to lettuce leaves today

B - half a tin of beans shared with DS, scrambly eggs and mushrooms

L - mackerel in tomato sauce from a tin with salad and feta cheese

T - pea and salmon risotto with rocket and tomato salad. Sounds expensive but it’s just salmon trimmings for about £1.

Had some jelly and blueberries to snaffle while watching the rugby.

Turkey breast salad with a packet of melba thins

2 biscuits from a variety tin

Half a punnet of strawberries and a vanilla skyr yoghurt

Spinach and ricotta tortellini with olive oil and parmesan

2 slices jammy toast

Breakfast : 2 eggs scrambled, bowl Greek yog and low sugar apple compote. Coffee

Snack : edam, dates, an apple, Starbucks

Lunch was an open smoked salmon, poached egg and cream cheese sandwich, totally yum. Diet coke. Pathetically small salad (Kale, red cabbage, orange and sesame)

Dinner is either chicken or sausages

Lunch
Two boiled eggs, remains of tinned tuna, chopped onion, red pepper and lettuce, small grating of cheddar and a squirt of salad cream.

Snack
Strawberries and raspberries, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, drizzle of cream and chopped walnuts. Oh, sprinkle of sea salt.

Dinner
BBQ. Burger with cheese in lettuce with salad. Two thin Brockwurst and two chipolatas.

Two glasses of chenin blanc.

Lots of rubbish.

B:Mcdonalds,Double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal(I kept one of the sausage patties and gave it to our 3 Dogs)with a coke.
L:was a chicken,bacon and mayo sandwich on brown bread,a strawberry cluster yogurt and a juice.
D:Gammon,h/m chips and beans(I managed less than half of it)and some bread and a juice.
S:I had some cheese on seedy toast.

I've also had a mini calippo orange ice lollie,some grapes and some cheese and looking back I've drunk nowhere near enough all day.
