What’s your all time favourite sandwich?

My fancy one is coronation chicken on malted brown bread with spinach leaves.
My secret shame one is cheese, mayo, cucumber and crisp sandwich on white bread.

I now want both for dinner

Crayfish and rocket.

We used to have salad cream AuntyB and bread and sugar or the Dutch chocolate sprinkles with thick fresh butter.

An m&s sandwich in the 90s - brown bread, chicken tikka, lettuce, minty yoghurty sauce. From time to time I recreate it, but it’s never as good as that first one! Sadly they no longer do them and haven’t for years and years

White baguette with grated cheese, walkers pickled onion crisps and hp sauce.

Tomato, roast pepper, olives and mozzarella on focaccia smeared with a small amount of pesto.

Crab on crusty bread on hol. Jambon beurre in France (never quite the same in UK). Grated cheese on white bread dipped in Heinz tom soup.
I remember that sandwich Buscake, it was awesome.

Hummus, olives and rocket in an M&S olive ciabatta roll. Mmmmmmmmm.

Egg and cress on granary for a plain classic or crusty ciabatta with mashed avocado, parma ham and rocket. But sometimes really naice ham or really naice with with really naice butter is the best.

Crusty white bread, cold butter, egg "mayonnaise" made with the tiniest bit of crime fraiche. Lots of salt and a sprinkle of pepper.

Gotta be egg mayo onion and tomato for me or if I've just woken up for a nap a thick butter sandwich dunked in gravy assaasshahahjdjdksksksksjsjsjs get in my belly

When I lived in Melbourne I used to get lamb kebab sandwiches from Victoria Market. Fresh bread, shredded lamb, salad, mayo. Every component of the sandwich was perfect. Just delicious.

Rare roast beef, thin slices, on home made white bread with butter and horseradish.
