Duck billed platypus... one of my colleagues did not believe me that this animal existed, ‘twas in the days pre-Google too so was hard to prove.

My heart goes out to you for the lose of your twin sister. The death of a sibling is a much overlooked bereavement. People think of the parents, the husband/wife or partner and children but losing a sibling with whom you have so much shared history is utterly devastating. My best friend and only brother died nearly 3 years ago leaving me as the only survivor from my birth family. I am blessed though to have a loving and supportive family of my own. We have our treasured memories of the love, laughter and fun that we shared. My brother was a wonderful man loved by so many. Your sister lives in your heart now; with you always. God bless.

I'd do OK in jail. I've seen prison break. I'm crafty so could fashion an excellent shiv out of almost anything and don't mind tattoo's.

I'm sorry for your loss Vlad 💐 I love vodka, archers and cranberry, sometimes with orange juice too. But a vodka and cranberry is really refreshing. I'm off drinking at the moment, shall raise my next cup of tea to Zara though.

I've just started my own thread about my crap Saturday, feeling like Jeremy Beedle might jump out on me at any moment.
That's just reminded me that some younger upstarts colleagues at work didn't know who he was when I mentioned him a few weeks ago. That made me feel ancient.

We had many conversations about who'd go to jail and how the other would cope once there.

Does anyone remember the thread about the ironing board that disappeared? I had something similar happen to be today at the supermarket. Put my shopping on the conveyor belt, got my bags out, and my credit card and loyalty card ready, bagged my shopping and went to pay but my loyalty card had disappeared. Vanished. Goodness knows what I did with it. More of a mystery day than a shit one.

@HeartsTrumpDiamonds I do, on my lower back that I got when I was 23. A very happy time of my life, so even though it's jot to my taste now it's not embarrassing and reminds me of that time. And it was done by a friend (tattoo artist, not a prison tat!)
I'm trying to book another. Under my boob (and given how saggy my boobs are, invisible to all but me and DH, if I do a handstand) of something DS says to me at bedtime every night, to mark 4.5 long years of bf'ing. I like tattoo's alot but won't get anything purely for aesthetics somewhere visible as my tastes change to frequently. If they are truly meaningful and private then I know I'll never have regrets.
I have many friends that are covered though and I love their look!

I have a tattoo - just the one, all down my ribs. The artist went white when he realised it was my first tattoo 😂 bloody killed. I wouldn't do well in jail though, I'm a wimp. I like my sparkling water too much also OP.

Oh yes and I have microbladed eyebrows if that counts! (Promise they don't look shit - i don't wear make-up so they needed to be uber natural) That fucking hurt, more than my back tattoo.

I'm in awe of your pain threshold. My eyebrows are natural because I couldn't stand the pain of that either.

I too have micro bladed eyebrows and many tattoos but I'd struggle in jail. I don't think I'd cope. Zara used to tell me much the same. We were so so similar yet very different. Is it ok to never get over her?
