Yesterday:
Cup of decaff coffee with semi-skimmed milk
Large (not massive!) salad of spinach, celery, yellow pepper, tomatoes, avocado, spring onion, chicken, sunflower and chia seeds with Hellman's and black pepper.
3 jaffa cakes
2 small gingerbread men
2 x cups decaff coffee with semi-skimmed milk
Stir fry consisting of red onion, mushrooms, yellow pepper, broccoli, spinach, chicken, alphabet pasta(!) and light soy sauce
Small bar milk mint chocolate
Cup of full caff coffee with semi-skimmed milk

Not very healthy/nutritious, but comes in at 1000 - 1100 calories a day and I've lost 2 stone since the start of lockdown.

Wake up: Coffee

Mid-morning: Packet of crisps (130 calories)

Lunch: BLT wrap, or Sainsburys skinny burger in a bun with tomato and cheese (450 calories)

Dinner: Breaded chicken escalope or low calorie chicken kiev, one potato waffle and couple of spoons of baked beans (450 calories)

My honest day is usually;

B- white toast with poached eggs and tomato sauce
L- Big salad, but not low fat. usually with alot of dressing and cold chicken or salmon and halloumi and tinned peaches.
D- meat, a starch and a green veg.

At least 3 glasses wine (my downfall).

I am 3 stone overweight.

Today for example:
6am toast with peanut butter and a coffee
9:30 Snack of small pot of natural yogurt and some granola
12:30 ham salad and crisps
5:30 beans on toast and a slice of bara brith and a cup of tea.

Nothing else today. I don’t eat after 6pm,

I can’t be doing with sweet breakfasts - savoury all the way! Today it was egg and smoked salmon on toast. Lunch was cheese and salami sandwich followed by two apples. A piece of chocolate this afternoon and I’m cooking a meatball bake with garlic bread for dinner. At the weekend I swap the chocolate for wine or beer.

I’m 10st and size 12. Calorie split is roughly 350 breakfast, 500 lunch, 700 dinner, 200 snack. To lose 1lb a week I’d ditch the snack and shave 100 calories off lunch and dinner.
