For me it's a microwave - never had one and never will.

Drogosnextwife · 12/04/2019 21:57

Facebook, I just don't give a shit what other people are doing.
Tumble dryer and dishwasher (no space for them 😭)

cariadlet · 12/04/2019 22:15

Microwave
Tumbledryer
Dishwasher
Smart speaker
Tv in the bedroom
Make up
Hairdryer

Can't understand people not having a toaster. I'd really miss mine.

Justonemorepancake · 12/04/2019 22:17

Anything 'smart'. Deeply suspicious of them all, and I love gadgets. Did without a bathroom sink for a year!

katseyes7 · 12/04/2019 22:20

Dishwasher. Although l can't technically say "do without" as l've lived in four houses (including this one) that have them, l've never used one. l don't think l have enough dishes!

coolwalking · 12/04/2019 22:22

microwave
dishwasher - seeing the one at work makes me never want to get one.

katseyes7 · 12/04/2019 22:23

Netflix
Fitbit
Alexa
Tv in the bedroom
Wine (l genuinely don't like it)
Acrylic nails
Makeup (very rarely these days)

happyhillock · 12/04/2019 22:30

Dish washer
Social media
Netflix
Laminate flooring

SrSteveOskowski · 12/04/2019 22:59

Alexa. I don't need a spy/stalker in my house thanks.

SosigDog · 12/04/2019 23:01

Sky tv. I don’t even have time to watch all of the stuff that’s shown on regular tv so why would I need more channels?

SosigDog · 12/04/2019 23:03

I have a tumble dryer but it’s a waste. I’ve never used it because I’m worried it eats too much electricity. April-Sept I hang washing outside. Nov-Mar I dry them on radiators and only use the dryer when I absolutely need to.

buckeejit · 12/04/2019 23:04

Tumble drier & never use my dishwasher

DeftandGlory · 12/04/2019 23:05

Namechanged as outing:

A mobile phone

I think I am literally the last person in the UK under 50 not to have one.

feska5 · 12/04/2019 23:08

Twitter
Facebook
Alexa
Car
Netflix

Osquito · 12/04/2019 23:12
  • Hairdryer (willingly, though I have v long hair)
  • Dishwasher (suspicious of their cleaning abilities though think prob more water-wise for a family)
  • Tumble drier (would be nice to have one for winter)
  • drivers license & car (DP has both, but due to me always living within city/suburbs I never got round to it. Would v much like to have my license, feel embarrassed I can’t drive.)
  • Coffee maker, smart TV, one of those wireless thermostat thingies, Bluetooth speaker/sound system, Facebook account, raincoat Grin
KitNCaboodle · 12/04/2019 23:15

Sky - at the moment we dont have any facility to record TV so rely on catch up/Netflix
Alexa
Smart home bits and pieces like the lightbulbs, heating etc

pansydansy · 12/04/2019 23:38

Dishwasher (had one, hated it so got rid)
Echo or Alexa (I just don't see the point)
Social media ( had it, bored me, got rid)
A watch (can see the time on my phone)
Credit card ( if I can't pay for it myself I go without)

GreasyFryUp · 12/04/2019 23:44
