Which 'must have' item do you do without?

For me it's a microwave - never had one and never will.

I am a single working mum of 4dc - to me a dishwasher is as essential as a washing machine - possibly more so - plenty of launderettes about

Tumble drier. It’s what radiators are for! Other things I never use or don’t own: Iron. Hairdryer. Coffee machine. Alexa. Breadmaker. Barbecue. Hot tub. Pressure washer. Leaf blower.

A toaster. They're so messy, all those crumbs! I have a grill for when I need stuff toasted.

Car - never driven and don't think I ever will. Yes, it might make life a bit easier but getting public transport won't kill me.

Until about a month ago I didn't have a microwave or a dishwasher but I was converted to the dark side on those...

In my new place, broadband. But that's just because I can't afford it. Not having it sucks. I can tether my computer to my phone but the data allowance is a pittance. Otherwise I have to mooch wifi from family or shops and places.

Alexa. Don't see the point.

Dishwasher. Don't have space
