Facially I think I look slightly younger although aware people say they aged suddenly
Have noticed an improvement with higher end skincare

I'm so old, I don't even know how to do filtered pictures and always forget to tilt my face etc etc!

Definitely my young chubby face of younger years is being replaced by chubby jowly face of older years.

I definitely look more like underachievers second picture these days!
But as I am knocking on 50s door nearly, I'll take it. Smile.

Hmm. I always said younger, but of late, I would say I probably look my age - mid 40's.

I do think most people are kidding themselves. Ask a 20 yr old how old you are - they can tell!

I also agree with the poster who said once you get to your 50's, everyone looks their age. You can't pull off 20 something when you're 50 however good you look! You just look like a good looking 50 yr old!

Spanishwife its not blurring tool (don't even know what that is). I think I am just rubbish at taking pictures. As I said I look much older than that in real life.

Tinty, your phone might be blurring automatically or something but there is a heavy filter on the pic you posted do much so it looks weird.

Might need your eyes tested then too tinty. Still I'm jealous of your beautiful features and don't personally think a few lines or looking oldet make a beautiful woman less beautiful.

I used to think I looked quite good for my age (54) and people seemed to be surprised when I said how old I was (although I thought they were just being polite. Last year, however, we were persuaded to go to a festival with some younger friends. Some other people who knew our friends were also there (but they'd never met us before). Imagine my surprise when word got back to us that someone thought we were our 38 year old friend's parents - I know I could technically be but even so! DH is 2 years older than me but thin and fit and looks younger than his age. In our defence our friend does look particularly young for his age - in fact someone that I know thought he was one of my 22 year old son's friends!

Younger but not remarkably so - I'm 33 and look about 28. I'm sure it'll all go south once I've got children!

I definitely look my age now as I get older (maybe the DC put the blurring tool on my photos, so as not to frighten me as I look so old.) I definitely look all of my 47 years these days. Lots of wrinkles and lines. Smile and maybe my eyes are going bad, (probably for the best) Grin.

Younger, I'm 27. When I started my first graduate job, one college told me I looked a similar age to her 1yr old daughter, another said I looked 14! I still occasionally get id'd, less often when I have my baby with me, but I got id'd buying DH an 18 video game. I don't think much of it aside still imagine I'm early 20s but a distant school friend put on their Facebook they got id'd but for me its not newsworthy. They got comment s like haha, baby face.

Is easy to look young when you are. I can never tell the age of people in their 20s they all look like they belong in school to me! Same with pp who was 33 but looked 28, thats practically the same age!

Ha I just tried the tilting head etc, I just look old, however I do it. Must try these new fangled filters. You can definitely see all the wrinkles and lines in these. But I don’t care these days! 😆

I'm nearly 50, I look older. I have been mistaken for 8 year old ds's grandma....it's the shits.

When I was 40 I looked a lot younger than my actual age, but I was a lot slimmer, my hair was dyed and I was just about to have 3rd child. Then 10 years of life happened and boom! Age whacked me round my jowly face.

But I choose to go grey and ant be arsed with trying to look younger....I'm who I am and all the life that has made me this way.

I hate filters with a passion. All those butterfly's and teddy faces can piss off.
Why people feel the need to filter themselves is beyond me. Look so much better without.

I find it impossible to tell ages of people these days. In my mind I think people
who are in their 20's are my age then I remember that I'm actually 39 now!
I don't think I look Young for my age, I can see a difference in my skin. Very fine lines around my eyes. It's my hands that have changed the most though. I seem to have quite wrinkly hands these days.

People always seem surprised when I tell them ages of my children, I hoping it’s because I look younger, but perhaps they think I should be older 😂
