What's in your handbag?

I'm in the market for a new handbag. I love the look of the bigger hobo style bag but I don't seem to carry much around with me these days as my kids are older. Don't need to take any work stuff with me either so I don't really need the space, I just like the look of them.

So, what's in your everyday handbag?

Just keys, phone and purse. And a worming tablet which I should've given the cat a week ago

Just purse, phone and keys. I used to have massive bags and would carry all sorts of shit around, could actually dig through my bag and find superglue, spare batteries. It was ridiculous and ended up with back and shoulder pain. Id chuck something in there, forget about ut and carry it around for weeks.

I have a mini umbrella, purse, keys, phone, headphones, chewing gum, pads and tampons, lip balm and a mini perfume and I usually take my lunch with me in a typperware. This is all in a small rucksack

Keys, phone x 2 (work and personal), headphones, purse, make up bag, hair brush, face wipes, a pen, probably the odd hair band, a book if I’m attempting to read again, cough sweets currently

Too much shit.

Too many items to list, but on a normal you will probably find: purse, wallet, phone, vape, keys, charger lead, a little purse thing with: vape juice, tablets (ibuprofen, paracetamol, other tablets), hand cream (that I never use), a packet of tissues, however, it also serves a general purr pose bag/bin for the kids so food wrappers, toys (cars, etc), sticks, leaves, stones...I sort my bag out 3 times a week, and yet it still turns into a bag full of shit I never use, I should just stick to a smaller bag 😂

Very little. I had 2 slipped discs last year and have substantially reduced the amount of crap I cart around (because it hurts) - I didn’t want to resort to a backpack! Generally for work, I can put purse, phone, keys in my coat pocket. If going ‘out’ for the evening, I take a very small bag containing cards/cash, one door key, phone, maybe a lipstick.
It’s liberating!!

Phone, car keys, purse, lip salve, portable phone charger, a small packet of tissues. A couple of bits of sanpro in case of need, and a comb.

Keys, wallet, phone, small folding travel brush (that I NEVER use) Small perfume, lip balm, 2 lightweight fabric fold-up shopping bags, my son's reading book, soft mints.

It's a Cath Kidston handbag, not a huge one, but it can hold a good amount if I need to carry more stuff.

Purse, phone, keys, packet of tissues, inhaler, contact lens solution and cases, cotton fold up bag, lipstick, pen, cards for the hairdresser, chiropractor and optician.

I have a compact mirror, an eyeliner and lip balm, mini deodorant, mini perfume, mints, pen, mini umberella, a book, my keys, phone, purse, tissuea and nail varnish

Card holder, coin purse, glasses, keys, tissues, phone ............would have been my answer. On closer inspection courtesy of DGC piece of lego, unicorn sticker, Elsa's tiara, one LOL doll shoe, empty Kinder egg surprise container, note in sparkly gel pen saying I love you nanny and a Rainbow Dash pen

I rarely use an actual handbag these days. I usually take my backpack. It's more comfortable and I can fit more in.

If you're after bag recommendations. I've recently got a Fossil Sydney Zip Top bag from eBay and it's a great size, good selection of pockets for organisation and a removable strap to make it a clutch! It's great!

Purse, keys, medication, phone, umbrella, nappies, wipes, spare trousers/top/vest/socks, travel changing mat, hat, a teether or two, a book, other toys, muslins....

Never bothered with a bag before having a baby!
