Couldn't see a current thread so thought I'd start one as I like reading these and getting ideas.

Today I've had:
B - half a pot of collective dairy raspberry yogurt and a coffee
L - 2 hard boiled eggs, some cracker crisp type things and an apple
D - will be a chicken kebab as we forgot to put our planned slow cooker meal on this morning 🤦🏽‍♀️

Snacks - a banana, Nescafé sachet coffee thing and will prob have a hot chocolate later on and maybe a biscuit or two.

I've just come back from a boozey holiday with tonnes of pizza.

Had vegetable soup, banana and apple today.

Making tomato pasta with salad and sparkling water not wine

Two breakfast cookies (banana peanut chocolate)
Caffe latte
A few squares 85% chocolate

1/4 chicken with Greek salad

Tea with milk and one sugar

Rocket salad, chicken parmesan (easy recipe with no breading)

I possibly should have a little something else. Not sure what!

Today I had a smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich on pitta for lunch with an apple and for dinner I had a burger with homemade potato wedges

Small bag soy and wasabi almonds
2 apples
Black bean burrito bowl
Small pack jelly beans
Pasta with pesto and cheese
Sticky toffee pudding ( had freezer burn so put it out of its misery).

Black coffee for breakfast

Garlic mushrooms with feta and spinach

4 slices of cooked beef

Quarter pounder burger with cheddar melted

Bowl of sugar free lime jelly

B toasted hot X bun with vitalite
L ham,lambs lettuce and beetroot wrap,bag crisps
Dveggie sausages,parsnip and potato mash,green beans and broccoli

Snacks.handful marmite cashew nuts
Got pkt rolos for later!!

B- bowl of shreddies, Black coffee
L- salad ( watercress, spinach, baby tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, grated apple, red pepper, 1/2 a chilli, 30g grated cheese, 1 slice nice ham, pomegranate seeds)
D- is going to be chicken and chickpea curry with rice and tomato salad

Fried egg on toast with bacon.
Coffee
Apple and strawberries
Later we are having salt and pepper chicken wings with salad (cucumber, red and yellow bell pepper and carrot)
Then if we feel like it we will have either ice cream or a crumble with custard.

B: 3 x sesame rye crackers with butter and a small banana, small glass of OJ, filter coffee with low fat milk

W: small mug of filter coffee with low fat milk

L: toasted ham, cheese, tomato and red onion on thin white bread, handful of oven chips

W: mug of tea and 1/2 of a weird bun that had some cream in it

D: not sure, something light - perhaps omlette and salad

(Disclaimer I’m in early pregnancy, and I’m finding that if I don’t eat what I immediately fancy, I feel sick. Hence my not so great food choices of late Blush)

Today I’ve had:

  • Nature valley cereal bar and a cup of tea
  • A packet of flame grilled steak flavour Mac crisps mid morning with a little bottle of Innocent cloudy apple juice
  • A red onion bagel, with Philadelphia and smoked salmon

I’ve had plenty of water and squash through the day, and I’ve just scoffed a fruit Club biscuit while I’m cooking the DCs dinner Blush

I had a spiced hummous, roasted vegetable, cheese and jalepeño wrap for lunch, a carroy for a snack and have home made burrito with chilli potato wedges and salad for dinner

What is this healthiness?? I really need to sort out my eating habits!

Breakfast: coffee and apple juice
Snacks: 3 biscuits (or was it 4?), multiple more coffees (all with sugar :s)
Lunch: half a jacket potato with a tablespoon of tuna mayo and some black olives
Dinner: cheese and tomato toastie and some crisps.

I'm now feeling guilty about my lack of fruit and veg so I'm off to eat a satsuma. And maybe some chocolate too...
Anyone want to teach me how to find the inclination/time/motivation to eat better?

hungryhippomummyI come here to get ideas and I post here to remind myself what I've eaten,and to give myself a reality check.writing things down shows what ive put in.i would never want to make anyone feel bad about what they eat.as long as it doesn't make anyone feel unwell eat whatever you like.foods ment to be a pleasure!!

Been good-ish today:

Breakfast: Cornflakes & coffee
Snack: mini brioche with choc chips (the 'ish') and more coffee
Lunch: big salad with hummus
Snack: grapes
Dinner: rice and falafels and vegetables

Lots of water.
Need to lose about 2.5 stone - been procrastinating.
