Couldn't see a current thread so thought I'd start one as I like reading these and getting ideas.

Today I've had:
B - half a pot of collective dairy raspberry yogurt and a coffee
L - 2 hard boiled eggs, some cracker crisp type things and an apple
D - will be a chicken kebab as we forgot to put our planned slow cooker meal on this morning 🤦🏽‍♀️

Snacks - a banana, Nescafé sachet coffee thing and will prob have a hot chocolate later on and maybe a biscuit or two.

a Starbucks coffee
a Mcdonalds coffee Shock

2 bowls homemade lentil and veg soup
Bit of cheese
4 thin slices turkey

2 oranges

half a baked sweet potato

2 glasses wine, medium sized

Lots of water as usual

Yesterday. Random meals in between nursing the whole family, who are all poorly!

B - cherry bakewell porridge (porridge with frozen cherries cooked in and almond syrup) topped with seeds
L - teriyaki mug shot in a cup with jalapeno tuna (sounds rank, but was absolutely delicious)
S - 2 plums
D - leftover lamb & couscous affair with salad
S - Breyers berry & choc chip ice cream (only a couple of spoonfuls as I wasn't a fan)

A lot more than yesterday- pancakes and fruit for breakfast and that was it. My appetite is up and down at the moment.

L: Tuna Mayo (whole tub ready made from Waitrose) Shock tiger roll, 6 dates

D: breaded cod and oven chips, asparagus

S: tea x2, bliss whipped cheesecake yog, 2 small measures of amaretto and a large handful of walkers ready salted

Spam and pickle sandwich for lunch, a few wine gums, a pack of wotsits, hot spicy chicken kebabs with a super grain mix ( quinoa, wild rice and brown rice) garlic and herb potato wedges and some chocolate ice cream 😊

Breakfast - banana, coffee
Lunch - nut bar plus handful of nuts plus slice of cheese (rushing around!) And pork scratchings!
Supper - lamb and roast Mediterranean veg. Plain cake with oat milk custard.
Snack - bar of chocolate. Orange.

A chunk of cheese.

Quiche, hard boiled egg, chick pea and broccoli salad.

A filter coffee from Starbucks.

A bowl of veg and lentil soup. Half a baked sweet potato, roast chicken leg.

Small glass wine. Tea.

I read and get ideas. It's interesting to see what others eat. I don't feel the need to comment, unless it sounds something particularly delicious.

Yesterday:
B - cherry porridge
L - baked beans on a bagel thin
S - pea snacks
D - chicken soup
S - options hot chocolate

Feel rubbish at the moment so I'm just eating what I fancy.

Yesterday

2 cups of tea before work
Small tub of nuts and dried fruit at my desk (about 9.30)
2 ginger nuts with tea mid morning
A smallish green salad with leftover cold sausages from Sunday breakfast, coleslaw etc for lunch (and Quavers) and water.
More tea mid afternoon
Dinner was chicken casserole, mash and veg with a glass of fake Lilt.
More tea before bed.
Just about managed 5 a day, often dont.

I think I have a warped idea of what a normal days food s so I like to see the range on here

I ate a lot today but I ran 7 miles and was on my feet a lot at work

Toast and marmite and an apple
Left over pasta and veg from last night
Some Percy pigs and a multipack bag of crisps
Making a lentil chilli with rice and having with baby corn

D - vegetable risotto

Snacks - dried fruit bar, handful of walnut pieces, two glasses of wine.

Half a pot of M&S cream of tomato soup. A cheese topped white bread roll with butter and 2 slices of ham.

Large handful of peanuts.

About to have southern fried chicken mini fillets, sweet potato fries, green salad, cherry tomatoes, orange pepper, cucumber and tzatziki.

2 mugs of strong tea with semi skimmed.

Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, tomato, mushrooms, two slices of toast and marmalade. 3 coffees.
Pint of beer and a handful of crisps.
2 gins and tonic.
DH just gone for a curry takeaway. There will be wine.

Not a normal Tuesday. I am on holiday.

Feel like a pig reading some of these!

I've had two boiled eggs and one slice of toast

Slice of malt loaf
Banana

Handful of blueberries, raspberries, mango, two table spoons of 0 fat Greek yoghurt. An apple.

Mayflower chicken curry for dinner with a side salad. No rice or carbs with it.

I'm doing weight watchers and still well within my allowance!

Might have a vodka and Tonic shortly.
