Couldn't see a current thread so thought I'd start one as I like reading these and getting ideas.

Today I've had:
B - half a pot of collective dairy raspberry yogurt and a coffee
L - 2 hard boiled eggs, some cracker crisp type things and an apple
D - will be a chicken kebab as we forgot to put our planned slow cooker meal on this morning 🤦🏽‍♀️

Snacks - a banana, Nescafé sachet coffee thing and will prob have a hot chocolate later on and maybe a biscuit or two.

B; slice of rye bread with peanut butter and sliced avocado

L: one and a half pieces of fish (in batter but not greasy chip shop batter, I'm not sure what the work canteen chefs do but it's delicious) with beetroot, mandarin segments, sunflower seeds, rocket and coleslaw (in vinaigrette rather than mayo); slice of pineapple

Snack: one chocolate praline

Drinks: Two cups of coffee, one cup of tea and plenty of water

I've just been to the gym and am on my way home for dinner, which will be Vietnamese chicken curry 😋

Breakfast: scrambled eggs
Snack: apple crunchy bar
Lunch: chorizo, tomatoes, kale and garlic with a flatbread
Snacks: chocolate crunchy bar, Starbucks mocha, salt and vinegar cracker crisps (I can’t decide if I like these or not, keep eating them to try and figure it out!)
Dinner: just went in the oven, it’s Thai curry and rice.

Two Granny Smith apples and a chunk of mature cheddar

A gin and tonic

A bowl of smoked mackerel chowder and both end pieces of a sourdough boule (I'm the only one who like the ends!)

Two glasses of white wine

Breakfast: Oats, greek yogurt, grapes.
Snack: Substantial wodge of fruitcake.
Lunch: 2 x toast and butter, one pack pom bears (must try harder)
Dinner: Pasta with aubergine/tomato sauce concoction and sprinkle smoked cheese, quarter of a melon. 2 squares plain choc.
drinks: 3 x coffee (decaf) 1 x tea, 1 x hot choc.
I have this never-ending cough atm and really CBA

D- mushroom risotto with side roasted squash and broccoli

Dinner will be salmon and herb ‘burgers’ with potato wedges and broccoli.

Lunch - ice cream in a waffle cone with 3 scoops. Cup of tea
Dinner - homemade fish cake, salad and sweet potato fries
fruit salad and lowfat Greek yoghurt

It got better towards the end of the day!!

When the kids go bed (And I'm binge watching power with dh) I've got cheese and grapes on cocktail sticks (don't know what the hells wrong with me lately 🙈) a huge bag of drumstick squashies, and some minstrels 😋

Cookie dough cheesecake, custard doughnut, mushroom and ricotta tortellini with chopped sausage, spinach, garlic and cream sauce, strawberry yogurt. 250ml of apple juice and 300ish ml of nesquick chocolate milk made with the powder.

Im doing SW so:
Breakfast: 2 SW sausages in a wholemeal pitta
Lunch: hula hoops puft, 3 mini babybel light and fruit salad
Tea: Shepherds Pie, carrots and broccoli followed by more fruit
