Couldn't see a current thread so thought I'd start one as I like reading these and getting ideas.

Today I've had:
B - half a pot of collective dairy raspberry yogurt and a coffee
L - 2 hard boiled eggs, some cracker crisp type things and an apple
D - will be a chicken kebab as we forgot to put our planned slow cooker meal on this morning 🤦🏽‍♀️

Snacks - a banana, Nescafé sachet coffee thing and will prob have a hot chocolate later on and maybe a biscuit or two.

Greek yoghurt & honey with strawberries and almonds for breakfast.
Massive salad with avocado, sautéed garlic broccoli and haloumi for lunch (it was delicious!)
Spaghetti with tomato & veg sauce for dinner
Apple, two oranges and three Ryvita for snacks.

Am having a break from the booze at the moment, so coffee, water, mint tea and a virgin piña colada to drink!

2 boiled eggs and half a bag of spinach

2 x mini chicken fillets and a salad of roasted carrots, roasted peppers and courgettes. Stir fried broccoli and green beans.

Banana and 3 prunes

Bowl of prawns and 4 x corn cakes with butter. Cucumber, tomato and basil salad.

1 small skinny cappuccino
1 tea
2 litres of water.
Glass of milk.

Monday

Toast with reduced fat butter

Satsuma

WW lamb tagine ready meal

Strawberries, snack a jacks

6 inch chicken tikka subway. Chocolate chunk cookie.

Yesterday

Made an effort to be good.

Banana on toast

Soup (didn't feel like the rest). Yogurt (half, again didn't fancy it). Bag of sour cream and chive lentil curls. Were lush

Had lots of appointments, wasn't home til 7 by which point I was starving. Had spaghetti Bolognese with 30g EatLean cheese

B: coconut and chia porridge with flaxseed and ground walnuts and a bagel with butter and marmite. Earl grey tea.

L: Jacket potato with butter and Roquefort.

Dinner will be Butternut Squash satay curry with quinoa.

Cappucino sachet.
Then, chocolate, brazil nuts, crisps, leftover lasagne, 2 pancakes with golden syrup n squirty cream.

S - nectarine
L - tomato & chorizo soup & crackers
D - mushroom & leek risotto
S - hard edges of some brownies I made

Loads of tea & coffee, water & one cherry diet coke

Today:

B - Apple & blackberry porridge, seeds
S - cheesestring after a run (my guilty pleasure)
L - getting hungry but can't decide what to have
D - will be all day breakfast - bacon, egg, toast, beans, mushrooms & tomatoes. Forgot to get sausages so they'll be missing. Can't wait for this!!

B - Protein Porridge with a scoop of protein powder
S - 2 x mini babybel,
L - 2 x Protein bagels with butter & coronation chicken

S- salt & Vinegar square
S - Nature valley protein bar

Dinner tonight will be steak and chips with peppercorn sauce, mushrooms, peas, tomato and onions. Cannot wait!

P.S can you tell I'm trying to up my protein Grin

B - small almond milk latte
L - half can tuna, with chopped peppers, half avocado, some cheese and some mayo
D - will be spicy beef mince with roasted broccoli, and a couple of squares of dark chocolate

A tiny amount of leftover fajita filling

Will be making Hawaiian pizza later.

Bad day for healthy eating and eating too much. Nearly 15 weeks pregnant and just can't stop eating but it's usually less cheese and more fruit & veg in the day!

Then got home starving and ruined it by having two yoghurts, loads of rice cakes with marmalade and a nakd bar

Tea was meant to be dhal but I’m now not hungry
