What have you eaten today?

Couldn't see a current thread so thought I'd start one as I like reading these and getting ideas.

Today I've had:
B - half a pot of collective dairy raspberry yogurt and a coffee
L - 2 hard boiled eggs, some cracker crisp type things and an apple
D - will be a chicken kebab as we forgot to put our planned slow cooker meal on this morning 🤦🏽‍♀️

Snacks - a banana, Nescafé sachet coffee thing and will prob have a hot chocolate later on and maybe a biscuit or two.

Cup of tea and an espresso (pre-gym)
Protein shake (choc flavoured whey powder, water and ice) post gym
Black bean burrito bowl (rice, black beans, tomato, grated cheese, sour cream, guacamole, jalapenos, shredded lettuce)

3 plain crackers
6 go ahead fruit biscuits (love those things- like squidgier garibaldis)

Granola with raspberries and yogurt, slice of toast and Marmite, black coffee, swig of orange juice.
Flat white and a slice of chocolate cake before lunchtime class.
Ciabatta, hummus, a few slices of salami, tea, half an apple.
Some broken Maryland cookies before choir . .
Leftover leek and mushroom pie, potatoes, carrots and broccoli; baked plums and cream. Resisted DP tempting me with chocolate.
As usual I have taken in eleventy-billion more calories than anyone else ever on MN!

L mashed potatoes with kale and spring onion,corned beef.a banana
D pasta with roasted squash,broccoli,green beans and mushrooms

Snacks bag baked crisps,banana,Bakewell slice

Monday

B - fruit and yogurt

L - tin of soup

D - peanut satay stir fry (lots of leftovers)

After dinner (and WI) treat - white snickers, ferrero rocher egg

Tuesday

B - hot cross bun with reduced fat butter. Banana

L - grilled chicken wrap. Quavers.

Snack - grapes, WW protein bar (looks loads - was working from 8 til 6.30 so needed more than usual)

D - leftover stir fry

40g ww wine gums, which do taste just like the .

Yesterday:

B - porridge with blueberry and banana
L - sumac lamb, spicy vegetable couscous & grilled aubergine - all homemade
S - Banana Hike bar, pea snack crisps things
D - beef & veg soup, apple
S - 2 berry jelly babies

loads of water, tea & coffee to drink

Today will be random, but I've just had a toasted bagel thin with marmite, scrambled egg and baked beans. Really enjoyed it.

Yesterday was quite a good day after several days of junk!

I had porridge with banana and honey for breakfast
Tuna cucumber sandwich, crisps, grapes and orange segments for lunch
Welsh cake for snack with a cup of tea
Fish, chips and peas for tea
Cup of decaffeinated tea with a Moser Roth chocolate in the evening

Today, so far:
Chocolate mini Weetabix (Aldi version, not too impressed)
Spaghetti Bolognese
Welsh cake with butter and jam
Banana with some Nutella
Dinner will be chicken tikka masala and naan bread

I'll probably have a hot chocolate before bed. I really fancy a glass of wine but I'm pregnant so not happening for another 3 months!

A little raspberry fairy cake from Aldi.
Three/four foxes chocolate creams.
Currently eating a bowl of home made lentil soup and will have the same again maybe 7/8pm.

OP I agree with you, these threads are great for meal ideas.
Today I had:

Breakfast- 1 slice of wholemeal toast with a poached egg, avocado and smoked salmon.

Lunch- Chicken salad sandwich and frazzles crisps.

Tea- Will be having a chicken casserole with jacket potato and peas.

Today has been awful (in a nowhere near enough to eat kinda way)

B - 1 cold boiled egg
L - flat mushroom and some broccoli

This was because work was so manic today that I didn't even have time to stop to eat, however it's my weight watchers weigh in today today so hopefully it's been a blessing in disguise!

Myself and my friend are treating ourselves to a pub dinner after the group, so undecided what I'll get then.

Yesterday was a better indication of an average day:

B: mango yoghurt
L: spicy tomato soup
D: chicken sausages, chips and broccoli
S: 2 boiled eggs, grapes and Skips

I’ve had spaghetti, toast scrambled eggs this morning, and homemade sweet potato, butternut squash and carrot soup with desiccated coconut and curry powder. Amazing!

Beanies mint choc coffee this morning and a tea. Weigh in day at SW tonight.

Didn't really have lunch, too busy at work so just grabbed a couple of biscuits while I was upstairs.
Salmon, chilli, and ginger fishcakes with noodles and stir fry veg for dinner.

4 cups of coffee (no sugar, tiny bit of milk), a few glasses of fizzy water

3 babybels and a cup of bovril for lunch (forgot to make a packed lunch)

Keto pork meatballs, in tomato sauce with courgetti and loads of grated cheese

A couple of glasses of red wine

L: salad with quinoa, broccoli, peas, edamame, asparagus, cucumber, avocado, mint & feta with lemon dressing
D: red pepper and prawn curry with rice & broccoli
Small snack: crust of bread with hummus
Drinks: tea, water, x1 dark hot chocolate

Breakfast in m & s cafe - skinny decaf cappuccino, banana, slice of brown toast with butter and marm and 2 of their wee free biscuits

Lunch - carrot sticks, hummus, few oatcakes and a light and free coconut yoghurt

Afternoon - few spoonfuls of DH twix McFlurry

Dinner - ham sandwich with tomatoes and cucumber. DH out and this was all I fancied. After it though snacked most of the night - walkers baked, small bag popcorn, Greek yogurt with rasps, clementine, grapes.

In bed now already looking forward to breakfast!
