Couldn't see a current thread so thought I'd start one as I like reading these and getting ideas.

Today I've had:
B - half a pot of collective dairy raspberry yogurt and a coffee
L - 2 hard boiled eggs, some cracker crisp type things and an apple
D - will be a chicken kebab as we forgot to put our planned slow cooker meal on this morning 🤦🏽‍♀️

Snacks - a banana, Nescafé sachet coffee thing and will prob have a hot chocolate later on and maybe a biscuit or two.

Bacon sandwiches with brown sauce for breakfast, nothing for lunch, a pack of McCoy’s salt and vinegar, homemade paella and several tapas dishes and a choc orange vienetta

Drinks ..... orange juice, 2 cokes (It’s was that kind of day) 2 Vimto waters and a glass of black currant squash.

B- pack of those mini Chocolafe chip cookies (X2) and babybell.
L - Fishfinger sandwich with mayo, spinach and cucumber.
D- pesto pasta with broccoli and peas.
Far from balanced or healthy but delicious!

Lie in so no breakfast

Lunch was WW tomato soup, with buttered toast. 1 ferrero rocher mini egg thing

Squash

Homemade spag bol (veg in the sauce), salad on side, 30g EatLean protein cheese, 3 small pieces garlic bread

Starbar

Lots more ice cold sauce

In the week I'm great at shoehorning in fruit and veg - prob eat the same amount of food on a weekend but fruit and veg intake decreases dramatically

B - 3 warm weetabix with 1/2 sliced banana on top and a toasted tea cake
No lunch, it was my lie in so breakfast was very late
D - roast chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrots, green beans, Yorkshire pudding and gravy
S - shared a big bag of minstrels with DP and a can of Coke this evening

2 kippers. Slice wholemeal bread buttered about 11.30

apple and satsuma mid afternoon

roast lamnb roast potatoes cabbage, cauli cheese, carrots, broccoli, gravy. Baked apples with custard

I've had about 4/5 cups of tea or coffee, on second large glass of red wine.

Made some fairy cakes and peanut butter cookies with the kids and eaten far to many of them, handful of Pringles too

B - ready brek with apple, apricot and a couple of chopped up pecans
L - homemade puff pastry tart - bacon, leek and pesto, salad
S - latte from the coffee machine, baked pea crisp things
D - minted lamb soup, cherries, yoghurt

loads of tea, coffee and water.

D pasta with green beans,broccoli,squash peas and cheese

Trying to get back on track with my weight watchers plan after an awful weekend - always find I have to break myself back in gently after a few days off plan!

L - 2 hard boiled eggs with teaspoon of mayo
D - salmon steak with homemade hollandaise, spinach and souffle with white chocolate sauce

Drinks - 2 mugs tea, 1 instant hot chocolate, a V&C and 2 glasses red wine

Attempting to low carb...

Breakfast - Greek yogurt and blueberries, tea
Lunch - small pot of nuts, subway veggie party salad, Pepsi max
Snacks- it goes downhill...2 stroopwaffles. A nut bar. Coffee with cream.
Dinner- roasted Mediterranean veg and a slice of halloumi. Pot of Herbal tea. A cake rusk.

Breakfast: cup of strong tea with milk and sugar, a few bites honey puffed oat cereal

Lunch: large bowl chicken and vegetables broth with crackers

Snack: one piece cinnamon raisin toast with almond butter

Dinner one: a bite or two of Moroccan spiced shepherds pie (lamb mince, sweet potato on top). DD stole all the meat and then sneezed violently on the rest. Discarded.

Dinner two: smoked salmon on one slice of toast with Philadelphia and two scrambled eggs.

Two glasses red wine, decongestant

L - none.

D - just waiting for a burger and chips to be delivered to our hotel room while we listen to a mariachi band.

It’s our last night on holiday in Mexico!
