Is the Duchess of Sussex expecting twins?

I've just seen pics of her at an engagement today and that is a seriously massive bump! But not due until end April/early May (she told people this herself today) which makes her not even 6 months but she literally looks like I did at about 8 months so I'm wondering if the 'twins' story published overseas might actually be accurate?

I had a massive all out front bump turned out I was carrying a huge baby, huge placenta, loads of fluid!

She looks normal pregnant. Some people are huge, some are tiny. Some look tiny and have huge babies, some look huge and have tiny babies. There's a huge spectrum of normal.

I don't think the bump hasn't 'slipped' at all.
She's hunched her shoulders/ slouched slightly doing the handshake with someone presumably smaller than her in the first picture, and is stood tall in the other picture walking along.

I think it’s a girl or twins, the bump is quite high giving it the unusual look. Just looking back on the 20wk photo of me pregnant with my son (who was large) and I was carrying far far lower and not as popped out. She looks more like 7/8 months than 5/6 months

In this moonbump conspiracy, what is the purported motive? Why wouldn't she just have her own baby?

She does have an enormous bump. I thought she looked lovely today.

I often think small women look bigger when pg due to their short torso. Not sure how tall Meghan is, but she looks quite short.

• maternity knickers
• maternity tights which, along with maternity knickers, seem designed to roll down at annoyingly regular intervals
• a support band if she has any sort of SPD or back pain

Some people have far too much time on their hands. Their problem with this woman is that she a woman, she's married a prince, she's 'forrin' and not the acceptable white sort of 'forrin', and she appears to be very happy. How fucking dare she, eh?

What the hell is the fact that she's a woman and foreign have to do with it. So we can't say anything because of that?

Oh please! There is a list of reasons why people and certain parts of the media don't like her and those two items feature prominently on it.

All women are different. Torso size is a big factor. People with long torsos are able to hide a baby internally, whereas women with short torsos tend to have more prominent bumps.

As I recall, the official announcement said she was expecting 'a baby'. If it were twins they would not have said that.

She’s just got a short torso. When I was pregnant with my second my friend was almost exactly as pregnant (her baby came three days after mine). We are similar heights at 5ft 8ish but her height is in her legs and mine is in my body. As such our bumps were very different. We are both 35 weeks here- I am in yellow with my bump that goes down and shes in the stripes with her bump going outwards.

I was due in April for both my children and so can directly compare with her. At this time I was about the same size as her so was surprised to hear she was due late April/early May as I was due early April and people always said how huge I was.

I remember the first time I met my NCT group. We were a group of about 40 women with due dates in the same month and you'll never guess what... our bumps were different sizes (and shapes). I didn't know until now that we were supposed to conform to an expected, arbitrarily-set standard!

I'm starting to think it's her outfit choices or possible her maternity shape wear / underwear that makes her bump look a bit off, I don't imagine all these different gowns and tight dresses help or are very comfy all day and all night. When I was 6 months I practically craved getting home to my PJs when I was out

I think she is maybe showing a bit bigger than average for a 6 month pregnancy, even so, its a really cute bump.

She is looking absolutely stunning and jaw droppingly gorgeous at the evening event tonight.

That's pretty much the same type of thing said about Benedict Cumberbatch's wife as well!

Leave her alone, she will have a baby at some point and he or she will be beautiful!

I could go on and however long I thought for, "fake bump because she's not actually pregnant" would never have crossed my mind because it's just horrible.

I'm a fan of the duchess but please could someone explain the constant need to hold/stroke the bump
