I was way bigger at 6 months and singleton pregnancy.
I looked at exact same pics before op linked and was going to direct op to them saying 'she's really not that big what pics were you looking at' cos clothes, camera angles etc can make a bump look bigger/smaller.
"Only because most of the pregnant women I have known personally (including me!) rest their hands on top of the bump at that size, they don't hold it underneath like that. It makes me think she's holding it cos it's a fake bump and she thinks it may move." Actually what I'm thinking is whether she's starting to suffer from spd. I did and lifting/holding the bump from under can relieve slightly.
I've had
me - getting people genuinely asking if I was having twins (I showed quite early and was huge. Was a size 6-8 and 5' 2" with only bump as extra weight, no boobs till 7.5 months, no bum. Twins in family also was why some asked. Prior to 12 week check I mentioned half joking to mum - her reply 'oh there's triplets too' 😱)
Friend - had older children, ttc but didn't realise she actually had! Saw her in corner shop on the Saturday, slim size 10/12 figure, 5' 5" ish... Saw her at the nursery run on the Monday - with another baby! She'd gone into labour on the Saturday night, initially thinking appendicitis or something, ambulance called meanwhile husband ended up delivering baby on bathroom floor!
So - you never can tell!
