Going through my bathroom toiletries section. Found a pregnancy test, I'm ruthless and just wanted rid of the thing so I can bin it. Due on today, took it literally just to use it up.

Looks like a faint line!

What do you think?

I can see something there. I have inverted it for you.

I must admit, I had a veerrrry feint line two FRERs out of four. Deffo no PG as period started the next day.

Think you need to do another test!

Also caveat: my own FRER tests with the indent/evap line didn't show up like yours do with inverting. With my phone brightness turned up full, I can 100% see lines.

I can clearly see a second line but it does look too far to the left and greyish so possibly just an indent?

It does seem weird that you're considering yourself 14 days past ovulation when ovulation doesn't happen when you're on the pill.

There's 24 hours in a day and you took a pregnancy test first thing this morning.

You said upthread you took the test because you 'happen to stumble across it' and now you're saying you took it because you were due on buy didn't start AF by 08.34 so took the test.

Neither of which should cross your mind if you take the pill, unless there's more to it and there's a genuine reason why you might be pregnant. I.E forgetting or simply not taking the pill at all.

All moot points if it's a dodgy test.

You started the thread at 8.24 this morning, by which time you'd already taken a pregnancy test.

There's every reason for a confused face.

Im sure recently there have been an influx of false positives on first response tests which are usually the highest rated ones on here.

I wouldnt take that as a bfp and would give it a few days to see if af arrives then retest with a digi if not.

I think if you have to zoom in/invert it etc to even see the line then leave it for now and test in a few days with one of those ones with words on if you period doesn't arrive..

It looks too far to the left - isn't it usually equal from the edge to the other line?

There really is nothing more to it. I was just simply having a clear out like I said, noticed I wasn't on yet since period was due today and decided to just test. Take it or leave it really

Took another test, this is the result.

I'll test again in a day or so to see if I get a clear positive

I have done a pregnancy test to use it up even after dh had the snip. I know it’s illogical but it seemed a waste to just throw it in the bin.

I see lines in all of them. You need to decide what you want before you talk to DP.

HG may not happen or might be more manageable this time?
