To all 30 year old women, what are you asking for Xmas?

So I keep getting asked what I want for Xmas and I just have no clue! What are you ladies looking forward to getting? I'm already getting pjs, slippers, candles, DVDs and books what's left?! Smile

I'm 31 so close enough. I've not actually asked for anything. DH is very good at choosing things I'll like. MIL always gets me a lovely basket of smellies that I like, my mum will maybe get me perfume and books she knows what I like too.
DH has organised a full day and night away in the middle of December that I'm not allowed to know anything about, which will be lovely as we have a 2yo so he'll be staying at one of his granny's that night so we'll get a lovely lie in.

naicepineapple · 24/11/2018 16:26

Oh and dB & sil usually get me a nice candle :)

Mummydearest12 · 24/11/2018 16:29

Normally perfume, makeup, clothes, jewellery - tbh this year we set a challenge that we as a couple make a stocking for £30 and it’s actually ok (I hope!). Includes Xmas decoration - best dad, bottles of favourite ciders, chocolates, leather note books, posh pen, key ring. More relevantly! I asked for Turkish delight, nice knickers, candles, gloves and some makeup brushes. I actually feel like it’s nicer than getting a more expensive pressie.

BitchQueen90 · 24/11/2018 16:30

I'm 28. Getting a new handbag, some Lush products, couple of bottles of Baileys.

CandyMelts · 24/11/2018 16:34

Bluetooth speaker
Harry potter lego
Jade roller
Dog breed DNA test
Life straw water bottle
Vinyl

I have a birthday near Christmas so hopefully will get some of that

astoundedgoat · 24/11/2018 16:34

I'm 40, but I'm asking for accessories from And Other Stories. They have lovely lingerie, keyrings, nail varnish, bits & pieces. £7 - whatever.

AveAtqueVale · 24/11/2018 17:06

I'm 28. Have asked for Harry Potter Lego, loads of books I want, figures for a specific nativity set I'm collecting, an armband to hold my phone while I'm running, shwings and bamboo socks.

GoneWishing · 24/11/2018 17:43

Well, I'm still in my 30s... I think we're buying a new mattress as a "present" for the both us this year. I don't really need anything, and don't want extra stuff knocking around, so I'm wishing for some small consumables. Something nice for my bath, something nice to nibble or drink.

giveovermypreciousss · 24/11/2018 17:46

Im getting Harry Potter and Fantastic beasts collectible stuff from the noble collection.
Chocolate.
Hopefully a mermaid blanket I saw in tescos.
Probs a book and alcohol.
😂

Bunnyhop1502 · 24/11/2018 17:49

I know I’ve got a candle and some perfume from my DC. I’ll be asking anyone else who wants to give me a gift to make a charitable donation. The commercialisation of Christmas is really starting to get to me as I get older Confused

BurpAndRustle · 24/11/2018 17:52

Oh dear, if you were 29 you ask for a sparkly boob tube and some ribbed condoms.

And at 31 the choice is clearly sheepskin bootees and an electric blanket.

But 30 is tricky. Maybe a sequinned sheepskin muff to split the difference?

Terrorbird · 24/11/2018 17:53

I’m getting one of those Phillips lumea hair removal thingies. Normally very pricy but knocked down to less than £250 in Black Friday sale.

And then probably chocd and smellies etc

FiveNightsAtMummys · 24/11/2018 17:54

Some amazing new hair straightners that my hairdresser uses, I can't wait!

hartof · 24/11/2018 17:54

32 here, pan set, bedside lamps, new bedding, pillows and throws are on my list! I've finally grown out of needing every new makeup palette that comes out.

Redgreencoverplant · 24/11/2018 18:02

A new winter coat, books and audible vouchers.

Lucked · 24/11/2018 18:02

40 here so maybe too old but I think jewellery. I would quite like a georg jenson silver pendant necklace they are around £150.

RedBlu · 24/11/2018 18:03

31 - some new PJ's and Let's Go Pikachu for the Switch.....😂

That is all so far, can't think of anything else!

Bimwit · 24/11/2018 18:12

My mum already got me a book i wanted, think she'll be the only one getting me anything? Its pretty much only cash i need tho my car died today... unless someone wants to buy me a car? Grin

Mondaytired · 24/11/2018 19:08

Oooh @FiveNightsAtMummys which ones?

doctorboo · 24/11/2018 19:10

I feel like there’s nothing I desperately need or want - tbh this has been building for a few years. I’m blaming peri menopause as I did used to like decadent things

So this year my parents will probably give some cash and either a bottle or wine or a cheese and crackers set (joint gift with DH).

The extended family Secret Santa list has: bottle of alcohol, warm gloves, sweets, bath oil, nice face oil and books (horror) on it. I meant to put on a nice smelling m&s candle (£12.50) and super soft long socks on but forgot. The budget will buy either one of the higher priced things (alcohol or face oil) or two/ maybe three of the others.

Look forward to seeing what everyone else has asked for.
