My 9 year old daughter is 5ft 7 inches tall!!

I'm shocked! I'm only 5ft 4 and I knew she was a bit taller than me but blimey! Anyone else got a tall child? Will she ever stop growing???

I’m 5’5. DH is 5’11. At 4, DS is 3’10, which puts him on track to be about 6’5. I’m praying this slows down, as he has autism and SEN so already stands out without something else for people to comment on!

I hit 6ft at 12 then stopped growing, my husband is 6'4, I'm pregnant with a little girl and imagine she'll be very tall.

Yes, our DD13 is nearly 6ft and a size 8 shoe and she just keeps having growth spurt after growth spurt.

The hospital have done tests and taken bloods from all 3 of us and we're still no closer to knowing why she's so tall or when she'll stop growing.

We have 5DC and only 3 of them are just under 6ft and 2 of them are our DD's and they're still growing.

Our DS19 is still growing(although it's slowing down thankfully)and he's nearly 6ft 4.

I'm only 5ft 6 so every day is like living in the land of the giants for me

She should be in the Guiness World Records for the world's tallest 9-year-old.

My 10-year-old son is 113cm. He is a giant. He wears clothings made for 25-year-olds and I have trouble finding appropriate-sized diapers for him. People make comments about his height, like "Why is this kindergartener still in diapers?" or "Is he 25?". He is way above the 99.9th percentile for length and he is still growing very fast.

My DD was as tall as some of her teachers in her last years of primary school,she's 16 now and 6ft and looks like she's still growing.

I'm dreading finding her nice shoes(nearly a size 10)and a dress for prom,but I'm determined that she'll have something really beautiful so my DH already knows it's going to most probably cost us extra.

My DH is 6 ft and I'm 5ft 6 so yes she has to bend down to cuddle me which looks hilarious to us both 😁.

We have 5DC and our tallest is DS6ft 4 and our shortest is DD just under 5ft 10 so when we take a family picture I look like I'm one of the kids😁.

Update us as to how tall she is 5 years on OP 😂

My nephew was the same height at 9. He is 12 now and 6 foot 1. I don't think he will grow much more, mainly fill out as he still has a little boy's skinny frame but let's see.

@nameychangerrrrrr she passed away 3 years ago. Her final height was 6'5".

@nameychangerrrrrr her mom told me that she had a brain hemorrhage and was rushed to the hospital. That was probably a complication from extreme height.
