eat more cheesecake!... everything is good as long as you have cheesecake!

Stop giving a fuck. All the years of agonising and angst over trivial shit just isn’t worth it and in the end none of it matters.

Remember, to a business, you are nothing but a number. To your family you are so much more. Remember that when the balance is tipping in the wrong direction.

Also, say 'I love you' when you feel it. You will never regret saying it but you will regret missed opportunities that can't be got back.
