How do you say tousled?

As in tousled hair?

I thought I knew how to pronounce tousled, but my DP and friend say it differently.

Possible it's a regional thing I guess.

How do you pronounce it?

Tow suld (with tow rhyming with cow).

One of the ones I know who says tong is from Staffs and the other Lincoln but they definitely say it as tung in my part of the North.
