We had fillet steak and sides last night so having a healthier Sunday.
We had porridge with berries for breakfast
Homemade cream of roast vegetable soup with hot rolls (the kind you finish baking at home )
Dinner later will be BBC Good Food 'Healthy Egg & Chips' - cubed potatoes par-boiled, then tossed in a small amount of sunflower oil and roasted till starting to crisp, add sliced red onion, sliced mushrooms and chopped lean bacon and a sprinkle of oregano, let that cook till golden, make wells and crack eggs into the tray and bake till cooked as you like. Serve with baked beans on the side - it is plate lickingly good! And very simple

What are you all having today?

We have a slab of pork belly slowly cooking in the oven, it smells heavenly and is making me very hungry.

Will be served with roast potatoes and veg.

Roast chicken, with all the trimmings (although I could do without DP's love of Brussel Sprouts). So, I should get a move on and start cooking now!

I have absolutely no idea what's for dinner tonight, probably just tomato soup with a slice of toast or a simple spaghetti carbonara, depends on how hungry everyone feels later.
