Because I'm bored.

Looking on zoopla the cheapest is a 3 bed flat for £20,000.

The most expensive is a gorgeous 6 bed detached with a sauna and an indoor pool that I'm kind of lusting after now 😍

240,000 for a one bed flat.
15 million for mansion.

Nothisispatrick · 15/09/2018 23:05

Just realised the cheap one is a retirement property!

AsAProfessionalFekko · 15/09/2018 23:05

£210k for a studio to £27.5m for a house. Fuck me....

delilahbucket · 15/09/2018 23:05

£84,500 for a 1 bed terrace and £385,000 for a four bed detached. To be honest, properties don't come on the market very often where I live and when they do they get snapped up very quickly.

Growingboys · 15/09/2018 23:06

£6.9m for three bed flat = most

£70,000 for garage = least

SW London

Waddsup12 · 15/09/2018 23:06

6 million for a rather lovely 7 bed house; £99000 for a 1 bed retirement flat in a block with several other empty ones for sale.

CupOfStars · 15/09/2018 23:16

Cheapest here is £175,000 for a 5 bed sort of cottage.

Most expensive is a 9 room guest house for £450,000

namechanger86 · 15/09/2018 23:16

Cheapest £110k (3 bed mid terrace)
most expensive £1.25M (traditional 6 bed detached)
I'm in a small village in Scotland.

CatWizard · 15/09/2018 23:18

Some of those prices are insane!
Hard even process how much money £16 million actually is.

Meant to say the most expensive one here is £475,000

OP posts:
ThisIsTheNational · 15/09/2018 23:18

£325k for a studio flat and £4.75m for a 5 bed detached house. Gob smacked more at the studio flat than the house tbh.

Japanesejazz · 15/09/2018 23:18

Land is the most expensive and land is the cheapest. The size somewhat differs. Out in the sticks here

aperolspritzplease · 15/09/2018 23:20

£600 for a teeny Victorian terrace, POA for the expensive stuff.

HairyLegs11 · 15/09/2018 23:26

POA in our area means they can't sell it. Usually because the price is way off the mark.
