What's the cheapest and most expensive houses for sale in your area?

Because I'm bored.

Looking on zoopla the cheapest is a 3 bed flat for £20,000.

The most expensive is a gorgeous 6 bed detached with a sauna and an indoor pool that I'm kind of lusting after now 😍

Currently 80k for a 2 bed flat and 1.25m for a five bed house in need of serious modernisation.

Excluding shared ownership and retirement properties the most expensive is an 8 bedroom detached house for 4 million and the cheapest is £240,000 for a 1 bed flat.

If we're just talking houses (and not flats), the cheapest is £450,000 and the most expensive is £6 million.

Cheapest £23k for a 1 bed flat.

Highest £2mil for a 5 bed detached with stables, swimming pool etc in a desirable area.

In my northern village.

90k for a retirment studio flat in purpose built block

1.5mil for a large 4 bed detatched house.

Not that many properties on rightmove currently
