Because I'm bored.

Looking on zoopla the cheapest is a 3 bed flat for £20,000.

The most expensive is a gorgeous 6 bed detached with a sauna and an indoor pool that I'm kind of lusting after now 😍

Within a mile of my house:

Cheapest is £350k for a three-bed flat
Most expensive is £1.35m for a 4-bed detached

Cheapest is £100,000 most expensive is £7 million.

Cheap one has three bedrooms and two acres.

I’ve just checked within a 1 mile radius- offers over £74k for a 2 bed flat and offers over £455k for a 4 bed detached.

Within about a 2.5m radius you could find a flat for £50k and houses around £2mil.

In a Northern city. Bit of city got dodgy and nice bits nearby. Within 3 miles of my house we have a 5 bed detached on for £1.2mill which has a bit of land and a 2 bed terrace on for £30k guide price at auction. Lowest non auction is £35k for a 2 bed flat.

Within one mile the most expensive is a 6 bed detached for £425k and lowest is a 2 bed terrace for £62k.

On Rightmove

Within 1 mile:

Highest: £1,750,000 - 5 bed detached (though there is another 5 bed which is POA)
Lowest: £200,000 - 2 bed apartment

In the city itself:

Highest: £1,750,000 - 5 bed detached (though there are a couple of POA)
Lowest: guide price of £30,000-35,000 by auction - 2 bed flat or terrace

Most £835,000 for a four bed detatched house.

Least £100.000 for a two bed detatched bungalow needing some work.

Small North Lincolnshire village plus one mile radius:

Most expensive is £895,000 (Massive 17th Century house in own land) and cheapest is £66,000 (3 bed new build)

Highest is 5 bed detached for £2.7m. Cheapest non shared ownership £100k for a 1 bed flat.

€374,950 for a very small (80 square metres) mid-terrace, ex-council house.

€6 million (nice round figure) for a rather lovely old house with seven bedrooms on 1.5 acres.

Just done the search for my town instead of area of my town:

Cheapest: £44,950 two bed terraced

Most expensive: £1,650,000 four bed house within grounds

Cheapest: £260,000 for a 2 bedroom semi-detached house.

Most expensive: £3,000,000 for a main house with 5 bedrooms, and with three converted outbuildings that have 9 further bedrooms between them. Set in over 20 acres.

Within a mile of my house:

Cheapest - one bedroom flat (sold) £110000
Expensive - four bed, detached bungalow - £1.6 million

Three miles from my house:
Cheapest : 2 bed apartment (shared ownership) -£50000
Expensive : lovely six bedroom hose, £1.9 million

315k for a 3 bed terrace 'in need of updating and modernisation' - it's a student let at the moment I think; it's near a university and has bedrooms upstairs and downstairs.
