Looking on zoopla the cheapest is a 3 bed flat for £20,000.

The most expensive is a gorgeous 6 bed detached with a sauna and an indoor pool that I'm kind of lusting after now 😍

£1.75million for 5 bed detached house

You can buy hotel rooms around here for a about £18k - I'm not sure what you actually get for that though!

Cheapest is £40k for a 2 bed houseboat or £82k for a 1 bed shared ownership flat - doesn't say what proportion but I suspect around 30% based on local prices.

Most expensive £2.8m for an 8 bedroom detached house. I reckon you'd need about her 0.5m + to get rid if the China but it's a beautiful space.

In my town the cheapest is a 1 bedroom ground floor flat for £63k.

Most expensive has 5 bedrooms, 4 reception rooms, a triple garage, land and an indoor swimming pool. For £825k.

$475,000 AUD for a one bedroom unit. No proper kitchen; just a tiny kitchenette, more of a studio than a one bedroom, as there is only half a dividing wall between living room and bedroom; and no parking space.

Even better, this is for over 55s only.

Otherwise, cheapest is $629,000 AUD. Again, one bedroom apartment. This one does have a separate bedroom and a car space.

Most expensive with a listed price is $3,600,000 AUD. There are four houses list above this with no listed price though - all auction or POA.

Nothing on the market within 1/2 mile, only 16 within 1 mile, highest £325k for a detached 3 bed cottage, lowest £65k for 1 bed terrace in run down village.

So widening the search, most expensive in the county...

Cheapest is a studio flat for 60k and most expensive is 2.25 mil, 10 beds I think.

£140,000 for a studio flat is the cheapest and £1,150,000 for an 8 bedroom detached house within the first part of my postcode.

I'm on the edge of the postcode though so within a mile of my house is £175,000 for a 1 bed flat or £2,650,000 for a 5 bed barn conversion.

On rightmove cheapest in my postcode is a 1 bed flat for 180,000. The most expensive is a 7 bed detached for 4,950,000.

Within 1/4 mile of my house, cheapest is a 1 bed flat for 215,000 and most expensive is a 6 bed for 750,000
