Not sure about this as it is highly irritating to have someone jumping around you pretend to 'box' and he could have poked her by accident. She was in a car accident recently and could be tender there. Some could say she had a right to complain even though he was obviously not deliberately trying to hurt her.

The asking for him to be removed from the house (if she did that) and claims that he'd 'beaten her up' were a complete overreaction of though.

worridmum not dense, I am not a police officer so I have no idea if they frequently make that decision, I have simply linked to the framework which specifically states that if the police do not believe the accusation to be true it can't be included. They are not able to say "ah we'll include it anyway", the framework is taken seriously. So I don't know why you're arguing with me. However if police do believe that this person was guilty and got away with it and wanted to include it they absolutely should - that's the point of them. No charge does not mean innocence. Hell even a "not guilty" verdict doesn't mean innocence.

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 21:53

But rainbows she never made a police complaint. There's no crime committed

youarenotkiddingme · 03/09/2018 21:59

Actually I think being accused of rape when your innocent is as bad as being raped.
Remember in that situation the accuser actually hasn't been raped so they haven't been the victim of something. Yet the accused can have been forced to leave family home for months/years and the mud will have stuck.

And I say that as someone who has been raped.

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:01

Actually I think being accused of rape when your innocent is as bad as being raped

Shock

Are you fucking kidding me?

Which would you rather have? Someone pinning you down and violently inserting their penis into you, causing immense pain and damage or someone saying you did something you didn't.

That's a fucking disgusting way to minimise rape. Reported

rainbowsandsmiles · 03/09/2018 22:07

But rainbows she never made a police complaint. There's no crime committed

That's what I SAID!!

That's just it, Roxanne as it stands hasn't done anything to warrant the police getting involved

rainbowsandsmiles · 03/09/2018 22:08

The bottom line should be bolded as it was my quote

rainbowsandsmiles · 03/09/2018 22:08

Gunpowder - but you minimising and dismissing mental abuse is A'OK?
Shall we start reporting your posts too?

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:09

I know, but if there hadn't been footage, she still wouldn't be arrested for anything (assuming she didn't go to the police). I was more trying to see what Tigger was getting at.

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:11

Rainbows I am not minimising mental abuse. I've barely mentioned it. You have speculated that RT might have suffered mental health wise due to all this, and got wound up because I did t seem to care enough. Minimising it would be me saying "I actually think that being accused of mental abuse IS as bad as being a victim of mental abuse " (I don't believe that BTW). To compare perjury to rape is absolutely abhorrent.

GabsAlot · 03/09/2018 22:13

shes still saying same crap why was he playing with me when we dot have a good relatinship-coz he was doing it to everyone

GabsAlot · 03/09/2018 22:14

rep0ort them for what theyre honest opinion?

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:16

Gabs there's plenty of rape victims on here who I don't think would appreciate someone equating with their experience with a much lesser crime of perverting the course of justice.

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:18

Interestingly @youarenotkiddingme do you think people accused of raping a child have it as bad as children who are raped?

Zippitydoodar · 03/09/2018 22:18

Has anyone watched the interview with Emma Willis just now? Emma clearly can't stand her and was very good.
She really can't seem to say sorry, she just says "I apologise" She said her family were gutted for her, for her!
I still dont think she's genuine but then again I also think she needs a break from all the nastiness. Surely noone could take all the abuse she's getting and it not have a huge impact on their mental health.

rainbowsandsmiles · 03/09/2018 22:22

Rainbows I am not minimising mental abuse. I've barely mentioned it.

What she was doing in there was a form of mental abuse.
Trying to turn people against him, making serious allegations, planting seeds of doubt, messing with people's emotions.
You - he's a bloke, therefore teflon coated, false accusations never ruin lives, he'll come back from this, your ridiculous menz and wimmin comment, all the rest of it too....minimising.

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:24

WTF.

I don't believe his life will be adversely affected by what happened on CBB.. This is not minimising mental abuse FFS. We have no idea if his mental health will be good or not after this. What PP said was women who HAVE been raped have it just as bad as men accused of rape.

Do you agree with the PP that being accused of rape is as bad as being raped?

rainbowsandsmiles · 03/09/2018 22:27

To compare perjury to rape is absolutely abhorrent.

Not something I ever said, and if you read the rest of the post of the person who did say it, you'll see that they said in that situation the accuser would not actually have been a victim of anything - the person they are accusing of such an awful thing would be the victim.
The accuser will have been a victim of absolutely nothing.

theaveragewife · 03/09/2018 22:27

I just watched and think although what she did was terrible she is in need of serious psychological help. I also think she has been given a harder time than men who rape/assault women.

rainbowsandsmiles · 03/09/2018 22:30

I don't believe his life will be adversely affected by what happened on CBB.. This is not minimising mental abuse FFS. We have no idea if his mental health will be good or not after this.

No, we don't know what his mental health will be like when out of there, you're right on that bit but surely to God you can't deny that what she was doing in there was a form of emotional manipulation?
You seem hellbent on dismissing it though with all your comments he's a bloke, therefore teflon coated, false accusations never ruin lives, he'll come back from this, your ridiculous menz and wimmin comment....

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:31

I know you didn't rainbow I was referring to the other poster.

It doesn't matter if the accuser wasn't a victim of rape (they may have been and it's a case of mistaken identity, but I digress), women still get raped and to equate that with an accusation is beyond offensive. But I'm sure it's a real comfort to rape victims that some women don't get raped Hmm that VERY RARE CASES of false accusations has little bearing on actual victims.

Interesting that no one has taken me up on linking to CPS evidence that false accusations are rare. It's almost like it's an inconvenient truth 🤔

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:33

rainbow I know think you're purposefully twisting what I've said. Yes Tocanne was a manipulative liar. But my point still stands that men (most especially celebrity men) rarely have their lives affected even when they do abuse women. I'm not sure how you see this as a criticism of Ryan? Are you his Mum?

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:34

Are you going to answer if you think being accused of rape is as bad as rape?

rainbowsandsmiles · 03/09/2018 22:34

Interesting that no one has taken me up on linking to CPS evidence that false accusations are rare. It's almost like it's an inconvenient truth

Because that has got absolutely nothing to DO with the case in hand. This time, it HAPPENED, it was a false accusation in plain sight for everyone to see. If it's rare, should we just ignore it as it usually never happens?

GunpowderGelatine · 03/09/2018 22:34

Roxanne not Tocanne 🙄 fat fingers!

rainbowsandsmiles · 03/09/2018 22:36

I'm not sure how you see this as a criticism of Ryan? Are you his Mum

Oh, FFS Grin that actually got a genuine lol.
Yeah. Yeah, I'm his mum because I disagree with you and actually care when people are emotionally manipulated.
Grin Hmm
That must be it.
Oh and Biscuit
