The first time I'd even heard of TH was The Night Manager. I thought he was gorgeous.

Then I saw him on Graham Norton, and I was.... disappointed. The try-hard desperation to be liked, and popular, and successful was palpable.

Didn't realise he was in school with Eddie R, I guess that stings. But Eddie R is an exceptionally good actor, and gorgeous, and keeps himself low key and classy. You'd never see him pulling a publicity stunt with Taylor Swift.

I loved that tweet on the Huffington Post link above: "Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift seem like a couple who would ask you to please not put your feet on the furniture."

Well, I'm certain he doesnt care but I think most people who knew the two at Cambridge would confirm! He was black balled from a club there that he wanted to join as people found him annoying, which I think was unfair.

I was shocked when I saw Dan Stevens was going to be the Beast but I can't wait to see it.

The characterisation and character motivation was actually very poor. He falls in love with beautiful women because they are beautiful and then works desperately to rescue them despite one already being dead and the other only being in danger because of his actions

All John le Carre heroes do that. It works for me

He was a nice guy, just a bit aloof at times. And I like house, so didn't get a lot of the crusty drum and base weirdness!

Dan has some lovely children with his pretty wife, so I think that ship may have sailed. Now, she would definitely not have been his type at university, but maybe in his Beast incarnation?! Who knows.
