Don't forget that BC is attending the LA premiere of The Avengers tonight. The red carpet will be screened online but there are no guarantees that BC will be featured.

Also, the Oliviers are being shown on the BBC red button on Sunday night. BC is up for best actor, but there's no word yet as to whether he will be present or not.

Oh oh oh oh oh oh I think my localish cinema is showing the Frankenstein thingy - both versions! I can't think of how to play this. Best friend wouldn't go bjecause she knows of my BC lust and is a bit rolly-eyed at it. I've no problem with going on my own but how to explain it to DH.

Hi All, sorry I have not been in touch, Traumatic week. Eye infection means that I have limited vision in one eye, hopefully temporary, but may last 4 weeks..! Having to limit reading and computer time..! ( Decided to go on here rather than work.), So much to cacth up on..

The Addict - hope you are feeling better. Not sure if anyone suggested it, but I hear that licking a wound /burn is very good. Could you write to BC and suggest it? would make you feel SO much better !! LetUsPrey. I am gonig to Frankenstein twice. Once with a girlfrind and wil have to keep myself in check, and once alone, so that I can enjoy it properly. Think I will, be safe alone in the dark, as cinema will be full of women like me!!

I'm afraid I don't know when the Marple/Benedict episode is on, but if you're able to follow Twitter without compromising your eye I'm sure it'll be well advertised on there!

I have it on the strongest medical authority that the best treatment for such an injury is a good licking.

In order to assuage your guilt over this incident, I am prepared to suggest that, in lieu of monetary damages, I am prepared to settle out of court in return for you providing the licking.

No, it's real! I can't remember the details now, and, typically for when I need info, can't find anything about it on the web, but I remember reading about it. I may be making this up but I think it was a shoot for a bar or restaurant that has pics of slebs on the walls.

No idea if this link will work but it's an excerpt from a Telegraph article in 2008(?) and apparently it confirms the picture is genuine! I guess I'm just too cynical.
