Seeing as the Sherlock discussions are dying down I thoguth I'd start a new thread for all the BC fans out there - judging by the number of MNers with him on their "List", he surely deserves his own thread.

So here it is: a place to share videos, pictures, articles and whatever else you want. The only thing I'll say is that I'd appreciate it if no one posted a link to the video(s) of BC dancing at a wedding. Apparently it was stolen from his ex girlfriend and is the cause of much upset. So lets be respectful. Otherwise, anything goes

I'll get us started with some personal favourites:

exexpat - your line about not being 16 any more made me laugh: I hooked my laptop up to the projector to show my U6 set a DVD and they saw the Sherlock wallpaper - cue lots of 'Ooh, Sherlock, he's so gorgeous', etc Oddly enough, they weren't that bothered about me actually putting Dr. Faustus on - they'd have quite happily watched the wallpaper for an hour

Ooh, I'm sure you could wing it! Just listen to BC reciting lots of poetry on YouTube - that'll give you all the English qualifications you could ever need.

I've just been looking at the new pictures on Cumberbatchweb. I can't link the individual pictures but there's a set of three, one of which has BC against a wall (I wish) wearing The Purple Shirt of Sex and another where he's playing the violin. The third one is Martin Freeman if he's more your thing.

I so want those two BC pictures. Or the man himself. Actually, pictures and BC please .

I like the one of Sherlock and Mycroft. As someone has commented, it looks like a begrudging family portrait [grin{

CaveMum - thank you so much for that picture! That's the violin picture I couldn't get on its own from the set of three. Look at the way he's holding that bow. I often imagine him stroking those beautiful long fingers down my back .. as well as other places .
