Seeing as the Sherlock discussions are dying down I thoguth I'd start a new thread for all the BC fans out there - judging by the number of MNers with him on their "List", he surely deserves his own thread.

So here it is: a place to share videos, pictures, articles and whatever else you want. The only thing I'll say is that I'd appreciate it if no one posted a link to the video(s) of BC dancing at a wedding. Apparently it was stolen from his ex girlfriend and is the cause of much upset. So lets be respectful. Otherwise, anything goes Grin

I'll get us started with some personal favourites:

- pay close attention to the wink @ 0.42 and his whip action @ 0.51 Grin

And finally some gratuitous , with my personal favourite the black and white shot featured at 2.53 [drools]

Share/comment away Grin

So - what should I watch tonight? I have in my possession DVDs of the Third Star, the Last Enemy and Atonement, none of which I have seen before. Which should I start with?

LetUsPrey · 03/02/2012 18:47

Not seen any of them either but as I understand it, he's a bit creepy in Atonement, there's kissing and nekkidness (though probably not enough much) in The Last Enemy, and I have no idea about Third Star!

Watch them all!

CaveMum · 03/02/2012 19:03

I found Atonement depressing tbh. I saw it when it first came out. BC is very creepy in it, not a nice person. I hear he struggled with some of the scenes, understandably, but that just affirms his all round loveliness to me. I don't want to give anything away so I'll say no more Wink

DH out on a work jolly, DS sound asleep.
Might well be time for Sherlock Uncovered.
Lurvely. Smile

Fluffymonster · 03/02/2012 21:31

I love Third Star. Uplifting and heartbreaking at the same time. Beautiful little gem of a film about friendship, life, love, death...well acted and Mr. Cumberbatch is gorrrrrrgeous in it.

Fluffymonster · 03/02/2012 21:38

Here's a fanvid of Third Star set to the song 'The Call' (No need to say goodbye) by Regina Specktor. It's what made me want to watch it and it didn't disappoint.

LetUsPrey · 03/02/2012 23:41

Hic. In from friend's. There was wine. Sadly there was no BC. I will watch that latest YouTube link in the morning.

The phrase "I'm a fucking fantastic lover" keeps going round in my head said in that amazing voice. There are other things too that I imagine him saying but I'm not drunk enough to tell!

Night.

LetUsPrey · 04/02/2012 09:38

Morning.

How about to start the day? The background music isn't in the background enough but I think you'll particularly enjoy the video at around the two minute mark Wink.

OMG!!! That is soooo good!!

LetUsPrey · 04/02/2012 10:33

Thank goodness for that. I thought everyone had gone, although perhaps that would mean I'd get him to myself?!

Just watched Sherlock Uncovered. Brilliant to hear Messrs Moffat and Gatiss being so excited about it! Love the scene where Watson says "I always hear punch me in the face when you're talking but it's usually subtext". Genius writing.

And then there's BC ....

CaveMum · 04/02/2012 10:39

Seen that before, it's fab!

Can I add that, along with his answer to the "money or sex" question, his response to "good cop or bad cop" fits perfectly with most of my fantasies at the moment Wink

LetUsPrey · 04/02/2012 10:49

Oh yes, the "bad cop"! Ph and woar!

CaveMum · 04/02/2012 10:50

This week's OK Mag has an interview with BC and Lara Pulver (Irene Adler). Apparently it's not much if an interview, mostly focuses on Lara getting nekkid, but some nice pictures of BC Grin

LetUsPrey · 04/02/2012 10:58

OK magazine you say?

Fluffymonster · 04/02/2012 11:23

Off to the shops!

CaveMum · 04/02/2012 11:30

Yes the Feb 7 edition. Apparently has Peter Andre on the cover. Not much of an interview by all accounts, but if there are pictures to drool over who needs words!

LetUsPrey · 04/02/2012 19:10

I can't explain why but these are some of my favourite shots of BC.

DesperateHousewife21 · 04/02/2012 19:23

Ive got those shots saved to my phone!!

Mmm him just saying the word sex is enough to send me over the edge. Sex sex sex....yes please Mr Cumberbatch!

LetUsPrey · 04/02/2012 19:45

I've printed them off and they're currently in my drawer at work. I think that realistically I can only get away with two separate photos on my desk at any one time, so I alternate them. Plus the one I have of Steve Backshall.

CaveMum · 04/02/2012 20:25

Currently watching The Great Game Grin

Have shared a bottle of wine with DH, who has promptly nodded off, so I'm free to perv to my hearts content. I do love him in that purple shirt!
