Hello dedalus! Just off to bed but hopefully will give you a proper welcome in the morning. Thanks for the tip fivehours, haven't had a chance to look yet as phone and computer have been tied up updating my iPhone OS, what a fricking palavar.

Anyway, I had a spontaneous yarn bomb today.

I'd like to share some good news we've had this week regarding the on-going saga with my son's MRI scan results. Thanks to everyone who supported.

Not a blog called "Marking Place" Petite? :o

overmydeadbody · 11/12/2011 17:27

Hope everyone's having a good Sunday!

Today I posted a tutorial to make your own fabric business cards.

I'm feeling the pressure to blog nine more projects before the year is out to complete my target! Wish December wasn't such a busy month Grin

overmydeadbody · 11/12/2011 17:29

love your yarn bombing Dilly, and the sponge cards.

PetiteRaleuse · 11/12/2011 17:37

No Trills Though am now wondering what a blog post called Marking Place could be about...

FlamingoBingo · 11/12/2011 19:26

DillyTinsel · 11/12/2011 19:28

Hello FB

Dontry, I think your blog is really lovely, very heartfelt and poetic.

FlamingoBingo · 11/12/2011 19:48

Hi Dilly Smile

Another Christmas post I'm afraid - this one about my struggle for a minimalist Christmas against my glitter-obsessed children

Loved the snowflakes Dilly - have you tried crochet ones? I must dig my pattern out, they are very quick and easy and the pattern is easy to adapt.

JoanneMallon · 11/12/2011 21:16

I went to a bloggers' Christmas party and have blogged the gossip. To be honest, there wasn't much gossip so I've had to embellish the facts, but that's nothing new for me.

ATOmum · 11/12/2011 21:56

About to settle down to reading some of these Christmassy posts - afraid mine isn't, but it is my first ever blogged recipe!

Why I hate school projects

PetiteRaleuse · 12/12/2011 12:02

Hi. An online shopping company asked me (and no doubt many others) to spend 300 pretend quid on their site and blog about it. So I did.

It was actually quite fun. I hate shopping as I never have any money or ideas - so spending a stress free few moments pretending to shop was a nice change.

Now for the lottery win...

MiloandAmeliasMummy · 12/12/2011 12:36

Cash strapped? Aren't we all. Head on over to littledoers.com/money-saving-this-christmas for some festive money saving tips

oooh, so much to catch up. Been so busy frothing this past week or so.

A Girl Needs A Dog

A bit sloppy and sentimental, but I think I needed that after so many ranty posts recently.

A Crapteacher's Christmas Carol

'Twas the last day of term before the Yuletide break, and Bob Crapteacher, the humble english master, was sat behind his desk in his creaking portakabin, marking his essays by candlight...
