I made a cake for my mum's birthday It was a right mess

I'm fed up of living my life as a spanner.

SophRunning · 12/12/2011 21:07

It's dark and raining again and the wind is blowing against the windows.

But in here, it's warm and happy and in a small development that means such a lot, my girls are playing

Hello lovelies, we've had a poorly household for nearly a week, but we're surviving (even with nights filled with an upset, snot-filled Duchess).

New Ta-may-toe, Ta-mah-toe post up as a sort of tribute to the office Christmas party.

Bexxia · 12/12/2011 22:19

I've just uploaded the video and lyrics to the new CBeebies Christmas song:

I have ranted about the gender apartheid debate following Hamley's decision to not use pink and blue signs anymore to indicate girls and boys toys...

FiveHoursSleep · 13/12/2011 13:09

When it comes to bedtime, how late is too late?

MmeLindor. · 13/12/2011 13:56

Xmas Lunch the easy way.

This was a meal I made for Thanksgiving, and it was so popular, I am making it again for Xmas.

PetiteRaleuse · 13/12/2011 15:23

Inspired by shelllouise above I have joined in on the Day Zero project

MmeGuillotine · 13/12/2011 16:06

Here's my first post in my new guest blogger spot for Camp Bestival. :)

It's about my love of our local museum in Bristol. :)

Perfect reading for a dark and stormy day? The first chapter of my novel set during the Jack the Ripper murders in 1888 Whitechapel.

MissPB · 13/12/2011 21:03

So many posts to read - going to settle down tomorrow when my toddler is asleep and get stuck in to them. Here is mine so far - just asking when can I start scoffing my stash of Christmas food?

Lifeofanexpatparent · 14/12/2011 00:04

Hello again. I'm doing pretty good - 2 posts in 2 days. I've written about what I've learnt over the first 6 months.

In other news, I've started a fb page. I have no idea if this will work, but if you are on fb and would like my page, I'd be so appreciative. :)

yummymummyreally · 14/12/2011 08:07

Lifeofanexpact - like your blog. I like the (swipe the page ) design.. Always jealous when I see that style. I am on blogger and I don't think I have that option. Can I ask how you set up your Facebook page? I need to do that. Smile

PetiteRaleuse · 14/12/2011 09:44

Morning. I have again ranted in defence of the BBC.

SallyDon · 14/12/2011 09:52

Son said he hoped I get killed in a car crash today, so I've blogged about real bread, yes, it can be a comforting port in stormy weather.

FiveHoursSleep · 14/12/2011 10:25

Are yo a sender?

FlamingoBingo · 14/12/2011 12:28

Hello bloggers Smile

This morning I wrote about The importance of genuineness in parenting.

Looking forward to my afternoon blog reading fest in a couple of hours Smile

Lifeofanexpatparent · 14/12/2011 12:33

YMR, I have NO idea what a swipe the page design is, but thank you! I'm still getting to grips with setting up the page, really, but go to the fb login screen and look at the bottom right. In small print there will be an option that says 'Create a Page.' Click on that and it'll start to walk you through your setting options for putting your page together.

yummymummyreally · 14/12/2011 14:30

Thanks lifeofanexpat.
Think i have done it. i should now be on fb as yummymummyreally!
