Today I've blogged about how my house hates me and another vote here for loving the fabric Christmas cards!

Looking forward to tomorrow morning's blogfest with a cuppa. If my kettle works!

overmydeadbody · 14/12/2011 20:26

I've been thinking of fabric Christmas cards too. No time to attempt them now, but I have seen similar with embroidered fabric cards for valentines day on Pinterest...

RhinestoneCowgirl · 14/12/2011 20:26

wannaBe · 14/12/2011 21:17

yummymummy I think if you go to design then add a gadget then click on html/java you can paste the code in there.

I want to put a "follow me on twitter link on my blog but can't figure out if it's doable anywhere..

ShirleyKnot · 14/12/2011 21:18

I've pblogged about the prevalance of

\link{http://attheheartoftheopinion.blogspot.com/2011/12/dont-fear-cctv-fear-camera-phone.html\camera phones}
in our society and whether in fact we should fear those more than CCTV, since we never know who is watching and where...

lowimpactmama · 14/12/2011 23:10

My latest post is for anyone looking for a cheap, foolproof way to entertain their young children - a simple recipe to make playdough.

Lifeofanexpatparent · 14/12/2011 23:43

thanks ladies! will 'like' asap but can't seem to work it out on the tablet. feel like having an fb page rather than profile is like relearning fb all over again.

ScatCatShoo · 15/12/2011 03:04

Posting and running today, sorry. We've all been a bit sick... but these Spirit Bear Cookies felt us better (that's my daughter's words for feeling better :))

Hi, I have ranted about the drinking culture

Toomuchtea the MN frothers have started a blog: toomanycuts.blogspot.com/

There is a great definition on there under 'what are frothers'. It's political ranting - lots of people contributing posts about how they have been (badly) treated by the current government and its austerity drive. There are threads on here too somewhere and a twitter hashtag #frothers

I think it is a-political but focussed very much on what is happening now - how people are being affected by unfair cuts. MmeLindor might be able to tell you more.

Badgerwife · 15/12/2011 14:25

I've just posted about my latest chocolate find

That's true toomuchtea but some of the stories on there are pretty shocking...

Badger although I appreciate lindt is a superior quality I am Blush to admit I prefer Galak Blush

Toomuchtea those dogs are lovely. Mine likes shoes too.

MmeLindor. · 15/12/2011 15:45

Hi again, Toomuchtea.

Yes, Petite has it. We are an apolitical group who are working to highlight the inequality of the cuts. Not that we don't understand that there must be cuts, just that they should not start and end with those who are already struggling.

In fact, I blogged about this today, and hope to kick start a discussion about how we view our Welfare State.

Badgerwife · 15/12/2011 15:54

Galak white chocolate is amazing PetiteRaleuse but sadly non-existent in the UK
Toomuchtea I love it that you are shamelessly mentioning Cherry

OutrageousFlavourLikeFreesias · 15/12/2011 15:59

Petite, I loved your rant about Britain's drinking culture. Very timely and, sadly, very true.

A bit of a self-indulgent one from me - my author copies of my book have just landed from my publishers, and I am lost for words. :-)
