Tis ok Spiro - I made it just as it is meant to be, but as I've made this fool-proof recipe for a while now, I've experimented with condensed milk in place of half-fat creme fraiche - see how that works out!!! Means I got to eat with a spoon the rest of the lick the can out. So love condensed milk - never get it nowadays, not sure what made me decide to get some this week for this experiment
