Hullo BiscuitsandTea, nice to meet you. Will you purely be studying The Importance Of The Role Of The Spy In National Security Matters or may I introduce .

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 04/10/2011 21:22

We have oft remarked, BiscuitsandTea, that , notwithstanding his being an unwashed, leather-clad, psychologically-damaged arsonist and homicidal maniac.

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 21:25

I'm sure I've linked to Devil in Disguise before now, Massive. The Highwayman resource you linked to earlier was very ::ahem:: erotic, I felt. All that atmosphere and riding. It gave me a tremble in my knees and other places I should talk about.

The Panda cola/ Coca Cola comparison of Dimitri and Lucas made me chuckle earlier. I was nearly lamped in an extremely rough pub once because I saw a baby of about 8 months being fed the blue Panda Pop out of a baby bottle. My face was like this Shock and LordD had to drag me out toot sweet Blush.

Biscuitsandtea · 04/10/2011 21:26

Absolutely LOVING these videos! GrinWink glad DH isn't home yet

I would like a general study course in all aspects Armitage I think - from the Vicar of Dibley to Spooks Smile.

I have to confess (hope I don't get beaten) but I've never watched North vs South (or whatever it was where he played a mill owner?) Blush Other than that I have very much enjoyed his (all too brief) part in VoD, Robin Hood (obvs) and of course Spooks. What have I missed him in? I am such a beginner Blush

Isn't it about time he did something post Spooks? I mean I know he fell to his death and everything but surely that shouldn't stand in his way?

SupermassiveLBD · 04/10/2011 21:31

I must have missed Devil in Disguise, LadyD. My apologies.

You have come to the right place here, Biscuits, we cover a wide range of subjects. As to what the Man is doing now, well can you believe a six foot two dwarf?

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 21:32

::heads to Bibliotheque de YouTube to collect N&S resources::

Here is the front cover of your folder.

SupermassiveLBD · 04/10/2011 21:33

Maudie, don't diss the Giz. He has ways of making you squawk.

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 21:37

B&T, the Man is currently inhabiting Middle Earth and sporting a disturbing growth upon his face.

(I might not have linked to DiD, Massive. I probably watched it and meant to but was distracted by other resources)

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 21:42
Grin.
SupermassiveLBD · 04/10/2011 21:52

Oooh, LadyD, that has even made me want to go and buy it and I have already got it!

Biscuitsandtea · 04/10/2011 21:53

Oh my, I do hope he doesn't get to like that facial growth and keep it Confused

LadyD thank you for all these resources. I am dutifully pulling my study pack together. I can't get the last link to work though (and am panicking I've missed more gorgeousness!) Smile

Biscuitsandtea · 04/10/2011 21:54

I'm going to try the link on my computer....

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 21:54

I am resisting the urge to put the DVD on now, Massive Grin.

B&T.
Biscuitsandtea · 04/10/2011 22:00

Thank you :)

OK, so I wavered after 23 seconds, then at about 35 seconds he spoke and I was sold (I do lurve his sexy voice!)

And at about 2:12 my heart broke a teeny bit when she rejected him. How Pride & Prejudice though?

Obviously I'm off to Amazon now - I mean I am a SAHM, what does DH expect me to do all day if not watch things like this? Surely better than Jeremy Kyle or something?

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 22:00

Hooray, another pognophobe! B&T, I am alone in hating the beard within the Academy. Please stay, I need an ally or they will eventually bring me down.

Where's Spiro, tonight? B&T needs some JP action, I feel, if she is to have a rounded education. I don't have the reference numbers for any of those though, only a copy of the University's own Caravaggio.

SupermassiveLBD · 04/10/2011 22:02

There's a chilling thought, ladies. Armitage Limitation Software. Sad

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 22:05

I think being SAHMs or PT SAHMs is the reason why so many of us have large RA DVD collections an interest in history and literature.

SupermassiveLBD · 04/10/2011 22:06

To clarify, Biscuits, LadyD's pic was of Sgt.John Porter, of Strike Back Our favourite soldier boy. {Do not confuse with inferior imitations, such as SB: Project Dawn)

TheSmallPrint · 04/10/2011 22:06

Evening all, I see we have a new hotel guest, welcome Biscuits make yourself at home, I take it you've been shown the mini bar?

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 22:07

Ooh, Massive, that sent a shiver down my spine.

LadyDamerel · 04/10/2011 22:08

Hullo, Small. I missed you earlier. Did you have a nice mini break?

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 04/10/2011 22:11

BiscuitsandTea - Some of the ladies here suffer from what is nowadays termed a visual impairment and so fail to appreciate the Joy of Beards. It's very sad, but it's not their fault. You will find, if you loiter here, that you may be afflicted with a contagious condition known as Slippery Mouse Finger Virus. It tends to strike when one is hovering on Amazon, surveying the, ahem, academic merchandise. But said merchandise represents very good value for money for the SAHM, as it makes the ironing go with a swing and is cheaper than gin.

TheSmallPrint · 04/10/2011 22:16

Can I just say it's not all SAHM mums on here

It was luverrley thanks Lady D, just what the dr ordered

Biscuitsandtea · 04/10/2011 22:17

Oooh, I'll take some convincing on the beards, although I have seen people look worse with a beard I must confess.

Another link that won't work on my iPad and DH home now so had better not spurn him for ogling after his long day at work

Will drool over that study that from an academic perspective tomorrow.... Smile

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 04/10/2011 22:21

No, of course not, Small ::also a WOHM:: but my point was ::thinks of own time as a SAHM:: that SAHMs perhaps have more opportunity during the day for studying and revision and more need of something to distract from the tedium.

How old are your children, BiscuitsandTea? We know the mummies do.
