Come on then Lady D, wallop the Champagne over our bow :)

Night RP. Glad your shopping arrived eventually.

PassTheTwiglets · 22/09/2011 22:12

Goodness me, RP, I have seen that interview several times but had never noticed the adjusting bit Shock It looks like he's making a joke with the rest of the cast/crew about something when he does it.

Huge Glee fan here, too. I have a total girl crush on Britney. The Warblers CD is on my Xmas list :)

I'm off to bed too - night, everyone.

Night, Twigster! So all I need now is for the price of that Glee boxset to come down about 50% Grin

DumSpiroSpero · 22/09/2011 22:21

It's not cheap even over here Massive. I have put it on my wish list - we'll see!

LadyDamerel · 22/09/2011 22:24

Harumph.

Well, that's just typical ::channelling Much::

I finish my modelling and allow myself half an hour in your delightful company and you all disappear off to bed.

Well that's fine.

Wink

Someone's still up, surely? Massive, you never go to bed this early and you said you were feeling better........

SupermassiveLBD · 22/09/2011 22:26

Goodness, you are right, Spiro. Shock I just checked Amazon and I think it's cheaper here.

LadyDamerel · 22/09/2011 22:27

I have seen that interview several times but had never noticed the adjusting bit - those trousers are exceptionally tight though. I'm not surprised things are getting a little ::ahem:: squashed in there.

LadyDamerel · 22/09/2011 22:27

Ah. Hello Smile.

SupermassiveLBD · 22/09/2011 22:28

Hello, LadyD, I am here and I am indeed on the mend, I think.

Russianpony · 22/09/2011 22:29

I'm still technically here looking back at you!!GrinGrin. Lonely in bed and cold so on my phone while I wait to warm up!!Smile

Doesn't make a very good impression of me that I noticed the adjustment on first inspection does it?? I did have to rewind to believe my eyes!!

How's the modelling gone? And fine chiselled jaws needing modelling??Wink

Russianpony · 22/09/2011 22:30

Fabulously tight trousers!Wink

DumSpiroSpero · 22/09/2011 22:30

I'm here - just catching up on the lastest confessions - some are getting quite outrageous!

Russianpony · 22/09/2011 22:32

Hmm. These confessions are new to me!!! Is that where I admit that during my absent 9 months I've been nurturing his baby Spiro!!Grin

DumSpiroSpero · 22/09/2011 22:34

RP - last year I didn't have the laptop so was on the PC in our freezing cold, north facing dining room. I actually bought myself fingerless gloves so I could stay up Mumsnetting for longer without getting frostbite Grin!

SupermassiveLBD · 22/09/2011 22:35

some are getting quite outrageous

I thought they were a bit too tame to last.

DumSpiroSpero · 22/09/2011 22:36

We could just submit one that says:

'All of the above'!

Russianpony · 22/09/2011 22:38

I wish there was an easy way to just like a post like on Facebook!! But you made me GrinGrin at the vision of you with your gloves on just to mumsnet!! Will be me soon - with the price of oil the heating isn't going on until at least mid November.

DumSpiroSpero · 22/09/2011 22:38

Have you seen the third one down on Page 3 Shock

SupermassiveLBD · 22/09/2011 22:39

Or "all of the above- and more"

LadyDamerel · 22/09/2011 22:39

Massive, I do think you may need one more day in bed tomorrow, just to be absolutely certain that you are indeed recovered.

DrGisborne is prescribing rest, a soothing tisane and a large portion of Gizzy so I think you should obey him!

I had something very profound to say but can't for the life of me remember what it was now. I'm sure you'll all carry on perfectly well without knowing it though Grin.

DumSpiroSpero · 22/09/2011 22:41

We had a log burner put in last year to replace the open fire. It heats the living room and our room as the flue goes through it, DD's room is next to us and we're both south facing so main rooms fairly cheap to heat but dining room is a nightmare even with heating on when it's very cold.

We also have a couple of blankets from Brick Lane market - they are acrylic and hideously patterned but they are so soft and warm I couldn't be without them.

LadyDamerel · 22/09/2011 22:41

Shock indeed Massive.

I was ROFLing at those though and agreeing with far too many.

Russianpony · 22/09/2011 22:42

Do you think that was written by a mab or a woman??Shock (assuming we meaning same confession?)

DumSpiroSpero · 22/09/2011 22:42

Contemplating a large portion of Gizzy is enough to give anyone brain freeze Lady D!

LadyDamerel · 22/09/2011 22:44

Spiro, I have decided to be a complete saddo and buy myself a Slanket this winter. We have a woodburner too but when it comes to the early hours and I'm up alone I can't be bothered to keep stoking it. So a (electric) slanket it will be.
