I d/l'd the Kindle app for my mobile a few weeks ago and got Pride & Prejudice but it was too annoying as could only fit about 2 paragraphs on one screen.

I'm glad you've been hooting with laughter, Massive. We've just been to see the Smurfs Movie which has had totally the opposite effect. I have never been so glad to leave a cinema in my life. I actually slept through more of it than I watched.

My sympathies - I've not heard good things about the Smurfs film :) Just been to a somewhat stressful kids party and head is thumping now.

I too was ROFLing at the three stills earlier comment . Should have known better than to look!

That pre wedding scene is very well acted by Our Lovely Guy, mostly the acting in RH is dire but there is reall depth in there from him.

The 'be with me' bit I'm torn on, yes he wants to marry Marion for her pureness of heart but actually he just plain ole fancies her. She stirs him and in a moment of passion he asks her to be with him. The tone suggests he wants her - but he would probably have to marry her first!

I'd not heard great things about the Smurfs either but we said we'd take her weeks ago - it was utter cr*p, to put it mildly.

I did get my ticket for Jane Eyre for Wednesday though, so I'm hoping that will erase the memory!

Re Gizzy's intentions. I think on one level he really just wants them to spend some time together, but perhaps he is hoping one thing will lead to another as she has said she won't marry him until the King returns and he could be in for a long wait otherwise .

If I have to suffer yet another weekend of wall to wall TV sport there will be murder committed at the Priory.

Just saying.

It's the general state of things in our house - Sky Sports, reality TV, Disney Channel of Nickelodeon - hence me hardly ever watching any!

BBS? Something big sword? Massive, I watched that scene last night and didn't notice it at all, it must've been a very quick panning shot - the throat was the bit that took the time on screen. It's when he meets Tuck for the first time - he is laying there being all mournful and waiting for me to kiss his throat and then Tuck comes in.
