::staggers in, as per usual::

::has a third look::

Oh .... dear .... me.

::has a heart attack::

DumSpiroSpero · 02/09/2011 22:21

Mmmm! I was most impressed. That dark suit, white shirt combo really suits him and makes a change from the usual blacks and dark blues.

So what have we all got planned for the weekend? Apart from lots more thudding if more pics are released!

SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 22:26

Send for the guys in orange!

She's in VF!

Charging 200!

Get me Us and Es, FBCs

DumSpiroSpero · 02/09/2011 22:26

Have just had another look. I think it's the open necked factor that does it for me.

Looks like he's just got in from an evening out and is about to take it off

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 22:29

Ooo all sorts of thrilling stuff planned, Spiro. Not.

Football is back

Still, I shall thud away quietly in my small corner, if Recognise comes up with the goods..

SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 22:32

Looks like he's just got in from an evening out and is about to take it off

but he can leeeeave his hat on

DumSpiroSpero · 02/09/2011 22:33

ROFL at leave his hat on! Grin

::detaches self from defibrillator::

I haven't been so analytical (and, as you know, anyway I feel it's unfair to deconstruct anyone's appearance while we shelter behind the anonymity of MN) but I must say the pics are very easy on the eye. I have always been susceptible to the charms of a crisp white shirt.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 02/09/2011 22:38

::wonders whether Us and Es and like M&Ms::

::hasn't watched medical soaps since Mr Clooney left ER emoticon::

Oh crikey again. Just saw Melvyn Bragg on the goggle box.

::an early crush of mine emoticon::

DumSpiroSpero · 02/09/2011 22:38

Weirdly, I think he looks like Andrew Lincoln in that pic, Maud, so I can't say as it has much effect on me tbh.

OP posts:
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 02/09/2011 22:48

I am going to report your last post, Spiro, and ask for it to be deleted. How dare you compare Mr Thornton and his lovely thorax to, well, anyone really.

SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 22:51

Ah, Maud, but I suppose we are very complimentary , with it.

I have no idea what all that medical alphabet soup is about, but it always sounds good when they say it on Holby City

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 02/09/2011 22:53

Comparing anyone to AL is not complimentary, Massive. I always think of him as the whiney one from This Life.

SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 22:54

Remember though, Maud, de gustibus nil desperandum

Wait a minute Confused That doesn't look quite right.

DumSpiroSpero · 02/09/2011 22:58

AL is also JP's arch nemesis in SB1, so it's not a comparison I like to think about too much either, but that pic (and I think there is another one somewhere) just have that effect on me.

In my defence I have extremely poor eyesight.

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 22:59

The posts got mixed up, I think, Maud, and 'complimentary' was meant to refer to our pre AL comments.

But if the boot fits, I suppose we must wear it...

You are going to get awful sick of that pic in the future, I just know

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 02/09/2011 22:59

Oh yes, Massive, and if anyone had said that AL was on their List of Lust ::coincidentally happens to wonder where Twiggy is:: i would just have shrugged. But to suggest he is in the same league as He Who Shall Not Be Named is another matter entirely. ::wink::

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 02/09/2011 23:03

Yes, I realised what the complimentray related to. Meanwhile

These boots are made for stomping

SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 23:16

Massive must not zoom
Massive must not zoom
Massive must not zoom

But I'm very much afraid she did. Grin

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 02/09/2011 23:18

Since we moved to a new super-duper web thingy, I've lost the facility for zooming.

::rummages::

Ooh, I've just found it. But of course I'll never use it. Oh no.

SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 23:26

Amazing the detail you can get.

For instance, the spurs are different from the series one ones. The sword seems different, too. Or am I wrong?

Not being silly here btw, i have an honest reason for asking.

SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 23:35

Well, I suppose on that erudite note, I must call it a day.
Bitey knight, all

CYA 2morrer

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 02/09/2011 23:43

Ooh. I dunno. I suppose it's quite likely that the S1&2 spurs and sword went to Ye Oxfamme Shoppe, Nottamun branch at the same time as the S1&2 leather. What we really need is some sort of triptych to enable an informed comparison.

::Pauses while she looks for the Lucas triptych which she deleted earlier this week::

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 02/09/2011 23:43

Good knight indeed.

SupermassiveLBD · 02/09/2011 23:48

Thanks, Maud. I guess I need to google. I shall reserve that task for the morn.
Cheerie-bye, again, everyone!
