My neck is still poorly in the mornings - nights can be challenging. Also I have had a bad headache yesterday and today - hope they are not connected. However it has gone now.

Neck pain and headache will be connected. I have chronic neck pain which varies in intensity. At the moment it is quite managable.

That doesn't sound good about the neck pain and the headache, then, does it?
