Oh I get it, now! I did first think of WeightWatchers but couldn't see what that had to do with our last few posts - but just realised you are referring to what we were talking about earlier last ngiht. Gotcha!

I actually started WW (by myself, not classes) again last week, for the umpteenth time! I keep losing a stone and putting it back on again . I'm bloody starving this morning :(

I too am starving and trying to control food intact but the biscuits are calling to me with their siren's song...

Same here - have had my apricot wheats and that's it til lunchtime. Went out and bought hummus, veggies and wholemeal pittas yesterday - yay!

I do the GI diet (well, when I say do...I mean attempt), but really need to do some more exercise.
