Just in case we need new premises tonight... :)

MrsLn we always speculated that TTL was played by two teenagers from Runcorn named Kevin and Perry. Plus BTG makes three

MrsLucasNorth · 18/01/2011 23:12

Oh that's grim - now I need to take my mind of it and stop me having nightmares. Smile

GizzysGirl4Eva · 18/01/2011 23:17

I hope that made you feel better,MrsLN. I wasn't so keen to see Marion in her lace curtain, mind you..

MrsLucasNorth · 18/01/2011 23:20

You can't really see much of Marion when she's wearing her net curtain though can you?

I just love the Harry Kennedy bit - I think I could give up chocolate forever if I could be on the receiving end of that just once.

GizzysGirl4Eva · 18/01/2011 23:24

It sounds very quiet down there. Have you all gone?

Still waiting up here in the turret

Six foot two
eyes of blue
oh what those six foot can do
Has anybody seen my Guy?

GizzysGirl4Eva · 18/01/2011 23:26

Oh, thank goodness you are still here,MrsLN. My granny used to have curtains like that..
Did you see the makeup Marion had on too, I thought she looked very cheap

PassTheTwiglets · 18/01/2011 23:27

What's the wedding scene from about 40" onwards taken from?

OP posts:
MrsLucasNorth · 18/01/2011 23:27

Still here, but really should be off to bed. Am bad enough in the mornings anyway without late nights as well (not that it stops me!).

TTFN - sweet dreams be they Milton, Nottingham or elsewhere (far from the madding crowd...Smile)

MrsLucasNorth · 18/01/2011 23:28

Sparkhouse - he doesn't scrub up too bad by the end of it!

PassTheTwiglets · 18/01/2011 23:33

Oh I thought it looked like John Standring but I didn't think he got married in it so I thgout it must be soimethig else.

Ok, am a leeeetle drunk now and can't be arsde to correct typing anymore. Actually, I should pretend is Chaucer-speak rather than crap typing :)

I have to go to bed too. Avec swirly head. Night all - happy birthday again, Phoenixy-one!
(who has our next Academy b'day, btw?)

MrsLucasNorth · 19/01/2011 12:18

Grin at Twigs and Small!

How's your DD getting on now Twigs?

GizzysGirl4Eva · 19/01/2011 12:20

Goodness, eight pages already. What diligent students we are.

Hee hee Twiggy, love the word 'enguyged' . Even though I did nearly catch my death waiting in that draughty turret in my best party frock.

In fact I fell asleep long before his lordship deigned to honour me with the pleasure of his company. I bet he didn't take his boots off either. But who knows? He is long since gone again, I fear.

Off now to change into my everyday attire. I shall be for it at the drycleaner's too, you should see the state of the dress

Theresaholeinyourmind · 19/01/2011 12:35

Well it's sad when

but we all had a good time, and maybe soon there will be another.

PassTheTwiglets · 19/01/2011 12:40

Hee hee about the boots! Sorry about Sir Guy's tardiness last night (though I have just looked back and it was only 15 mins between begging and dancing - maybe he was psyching himself up :)) It was fun last night - just sorry that I missed Dr Track!

DD is ok when medicine is in her, MrsLN, but when it starts to wear off she's quite poorly (not to mention demanding).

PassTheTwiglets · 19/01/2011 13:12

Mmmm..... smell of chocolate cake baking! It's all MrsLN's fault - she mentioned cake on Twitter and the rest was geography. I mean history...

OP posts:
TheSmallPrint · 19/01/2011 13:43

Who mentioned cake???

TheSmallPrint · 19/01/2011 14:16

Oh I see, think you can hide it from me if you all keep quiet do you? Well let me tell you, I am an Expert Cake Hunter and I will find it!

PassTheTwiglets · 19/01/2011 14:18

Would you all like a slice? It's baking at the moment but will be ready in about 20 minutes. I will dish it out then.

OP posts:
TheSmallPrint · 19/01/2011 14:20

A slice? A slice??? Grin
