Incoming....pressie for Theresa

TheSmallPrint · 17/01/2011 14:35

Well that was a very pleasant lunch, lots of gossipp catching up.

What was in the interview Mrs LN?

Twigs, I really like RPJ in persuasion, the sideys are fine don't worry, his hair is lovely in it too.

MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 14:43

Right - have spent the best part of half an hour trawling for link to interview and can't find the bloody thing so...

Basically he says that he enjoys dancing all night at all festivals then finishing off with a dip in the nearest river...

I don't know what suddenly brought it to mind when I was at work this morning, but I have to admit to spending a good 10 minutes with a very rude smirk on my face at the though of that!

On the subject of trawling for goodies - I'd highly recommend a thorough image search on Bing - lots of previously unplundered treats including some rather magnificent stills from Between the Sheets Grin Blush

Will see you all later, if you've done the aboe then no doubt thudding and in need of hefty quantities of Chateau Giz and Polish Cordial!

Theresaholeinyourmind · 17/01/2011 14:49

Many thanks, MrsLN, most wibbleworthy indeed

I notice he has a cunning plan, and has concealed the top bit of the twiglets, to avoid undignified auricular assaults on the sheriff's master at arms.

I am still searching for a really mean and angry pic-- well there were a few on the battlements when he goes all square-mouthed but those are not aethetically pleasing Smile
He has to look hot, but furious IYSWIM.
I know what I want is out there but of course when you are looking you can't find them.
Trying to cook something up, you see, and I need inspiration!

Meanwhile I have just ordered RH3 I did it left handed to avoid SMFV syndrome and I am happy to report the ploy worked this time. Of course the virus may now spread to the other hand.

MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 15:00

I really must get on, but if anyone out there is wanting heart-wrenchingly romantic rather than mean and angry or just plain 'phwoooar' should do the trick.

Especially 0.21 as far as I'm concerned - just gorgeous. I really must speak to my scientist mate and see if we can make Santa's New Toy a reality!

PassTheTwiglets · 17/01/2011 15:15

Hee hee, Theresa, so RH3 has been ordered twice in one day for the Academy library then!

Wowsers, MrsLN, I see what you mean about Bing! Some great shots there. Also good to know that the colour version of my photo is on there. For some reason it doesn't come up on a Google images search but I often need to refer back to such a important piece...

Theresaholeinyourmind · 17/01/2011 15:50

I remember the name of that nightclub in The Sopranos was the Bada Bing...

Lovely vid all through, MrsLN and so sweet at 0.21

Imagine the scene at the Amazon warehouse today, the chappies going off to the vid section yet again, and bumping into each other at the RH shelf.
''Another of those mad Armitage fanciers on the job again today, then, Nige?''
''Tell me about it, mate, they can't keep away. Wot has this guy got that we aint?''

Still looking for pics. Where is hot mean and angry Guy when you want him very badly ?

OP posts:
PassTheTwiglets · 17/01/2011 15:54

Theresa, I missed the start of the Guy-hunting conversation - were there any other particular requirements or just mean & angry in general?

With my new-found Guy Appreciation, I'd be mroe than happy to sift through some photos for you :)

PassTheTwiglets · 17/01/2011 15:56

Something like this? Or actually menacing, rather than just thinking about it?

Theresaholeinyourmind · 17/01/2011 16:03

How kind of you Twiggy. I suppose the best idea of the sort of thing I am after is from but in the form of a still. If you are beginning to like him I should warn you about the opening shot in this, I have seem it several times and still feel the need to sit down before it starts Grin

I have to add that I myself am going to have to stop hunting for a while as I need to do other things. So don't feel obliged to hurry!

OP posts:
Theresaholeinyourmind · 17/01/2011 16:05

That is rather good, Twigs, I must say. I specially like the arrogant stance.
''Get a load of my mean-looking new trousers, peasants!'

OP posts:
MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 16:42

And did you notice those trousers lace up?

MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 16:48

this any good Theresa?

MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 16:52

or this?

JohnThorntonofMiltonNorthern · 17/01/2011 16:53

Good heavens, ladies. Have you abandoned all decorum?

MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 16:58

...and another one!

DD has gone straight from school to a friend's house for tea...

MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 17:02

Speaking of abandoning all decorum...

In the article I mentioned earlier he also says there were no body doubles used in BtS (although he told his mum there were!) Grin.

We have another Academy birthday this week don't we? Time for another party, perhaps...

Theresaholeinyourmind · 17/01/2011 17:25

Thanks, ladies for all your most diligent searchings. That last one hit the spot, MrsLN. Though the cross patch pants are equally as good.

Maybe it would have cheered him up a bit to know we were checking his trousers out so interestedly. Lots of fole wantone wenches in the 21st century, Sweete Caykes.

Poor Mr Thornton, but fret ye not, we can do refined, too. Have a nice cup of tea with us, and a ratafia.

TheSmallPrint · 17/01/2011 19:05

Mrs LN I noticed the lace up trousers but I kept quiet in case you all thought I was perving. I see I am in good company. Grin

MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 20:02

Perv away Small Print - I can pretty much guarantee you'll have at least me for company!

LaVieEnTechnicolor · 17/01/2011 20:05

::tiptoes in, nervously::

LaVieEnTechnicolor · 17/01/2011 20:23

I've been wondering whether we should invite the grief-stricken ladies of the David Tennant Technical College to join us here, on the grounds that our man is (as far as we know) still single and not be-sprogged. (I note that the Rufus Sewell Institute never really not going, too).

MrsLucasNorth · 17/01/2011 20:37

Calling all Lucas fans - (and set to Black Eyed Peas who our man is a fan of apparently...

Theresaholeinyourmind · 17/01/2011 20:59

Techno, that is generous of you, but will the DT ladies want to swap allegiances? Not that our man isn't vastly more oooh in every respect.

Lovely Lucas visuals on that vid, MrsLN, chin-rubbing included I see. Among other things...

There's a DT Technical College?
